Hitman series Megathread - "Names are for friends, so i don't need one" - Games

What is the best difficulty to enjoy this game at? Considering I only want to use Instinct to keep my head down in disguise.

I really like the concept of having to hide your face when you walk by someone who know you're not what you're dressed as. I haven't played yet so I'll see how well it works.

And half the time you'll be spotted before you can even react to the situation and cover your face. Which is my biggest problem at the minute.

Atleast it looks like the disguises will work better than they did in Silent Assassin. 14fps I'm averaging in the benchmark. Fourteen. I run BF3 at maximum graphics at 45-60fps

I get a massive improvement with MSAA turned off with everything else maxed. It would be fine maxed out if SLI worked but it causes me to crash after 10 minutes of gameplay.

I've got two GTS450s running in SLI and an i7 processor

Do you have the latest drivers (310.54Beta) for the Hitman SLI profile? If you haven't don't be surprised if it makes you crash however.

Im playing on Expert, so when ever I get caught I just go on a shooting rampage until I die, anyone else do the same?

I can run The Witcher 2 mostly on ultra, minus ubersampling, but I can't even play this game on medium settings? Horseshit. I'm about to go on a 7 month deployment in January and I'm wondering if I should start upgrading now or wait until I get back.

Max Settings at 60 FPS with 580s SLI and a 4.9Ghz i5 3570k, with no MSAA (Though doesn't really need it from what I noticed.) [b]Will update the performance I get once I install the beta drivers with a SLI profile for this game.[/b] This game looks really beatiful. So far I am finding it really good. The new disguise system is easily the biggest thing to cope with, but it isn't god awful. It makes the replay value better imo since you don't just hunt for the *ULTIMATE* disguise of the level anymore. BTW [Mission 1 spoilers] [sp]Did anyone else find it really cool to hear Steve Blum's voice from the head guard in the first mission?[/sp]

I'm maxing it on stock i5 3570k and 7970.
