Did you play 2? 47 had given up killing and became a gardener at a monastery...
This game has heavy Christian themes.
Well 47 was in training to become a priest once.
Do you live in Europe? They only produced retail in certain areas.
No, I live in the states. I went to the main stores in my area, Walmart and Gamestop, neither of which had it, and in my last hopes I went to Kmart, sadly no one had a PC version of it. So I decided I was just going to have to download it online.

Yeah, Square Enix stopped publishing retail in the United States for more recent titles, Hitman: Absolution and Sleeping Dogs haven't had a retail release here at all I'm pretty sure. (For PC obviously, not consoles.)
I made a contract where you have to keep the disguise of a priest and bash peoples heads in with a bible silently. Go play it by searching "3-0610-549333-SPYD" in the contracts id field in the filters option.
Also post your contracts I want to play some.

How the hell do you get past the cops in the very first part of burning hotel without being seen or killing/subduing cops, there doesn't seem to be any gaps at all in the patrol and they don't react to objects being thrown 95% of the time. Not to mention Agent 47 is too dumb to jump over a very tiny railing.
Games fps drops quite low on ultra. Running a 560ti system?
You guys reckon that sounds normal. Can run it 60fps solid on medium, which does not look much worse.
(Anyone running this on a 560ti setup what are your settings?)
not using your card but i was surprised that it ran totally fine on my setup from what people were saying
radeon 5990, i7 920, 9gb ram
runs at 60 most of the time on ultra (no aa) and sometimes dips into 40 when i'm in an especially big and populated area.
it does feel kind of weird that you receive minus points for killing [sp]the thugs shooting nuns[/sp]
[editline]21st November 2012[/editline]
also why did they chose to remove the map? because of instinct?

Yup. It is essentially the same thing though. Instead of looking at the map for minutes waiting for a guy to enter a room you have to quickly use your instinct to see what is happening.
I'd preferred a map really so I could plan a route instead of guessing
right now I just kill everyone, learn the map and then re-do it without killing anyone

He lived at a church in the 2nd game I think.
I almost had the Bible Bashing contract down perfect but then the server crashed, god dammit.

I was enjoying this one until the server just went down. :(
Have to play at it again later because I almost did it, except I got caught when I exploded the cop.

I need help.
[sp]how in the fuck do I get all the fuses in the orphanage, fuck. this is pissing me off. I get caught almost everytime.[/sp]
I really wish Contracts didn't depend on servers. It's a bunch of bullshit when you're almost done a contract and suddenly the servers go down.

I can't remember 100% what I did, but here's what I do remember.
[sp]At the very start I'd wait for the 2 guards to turn away, pull out my fibre wire and grab the one who pulls out his phone. (You won't be spotted even though they're extremely close), then I went down the stairs in the room to the right.
The first fuse is out the left door after the stairs, and to get it I instinct'd my way over to it and used the hide spot immediately after. After getting it, I instinct my way back out the way I came, and went out the other side which brings you into a church looking place with an alter.
I walked out the doors to the right and went through a vent on the nearby wall to the left (there's also a checkpoint at the end of the hall that you might want to activate). I snuck behind the counter, over to the far door, and walked out into the nursery type place using instinct, and walked back out the way I came.
When you were entering the nursery a guard should have walked down the hall, head that direction using the back rooms, and on around into the hall where previously there was a lot of guys, and go through the double doors in that hall to the right, where there's a guy with a purple suit and a hide spot. I walked over to the hide spot, and waited there for the opportune moment to walk into the lab looking place through the doors on the right of the hide spot and lifted the fuse.[/sp]
That's all the fuses I remember picking up because they took me a few tries, but I know there's more.

Just got to this map so i haven't completed it yet but,
[sp]take a right down the stairs, bring the book, go left and throw the book behind the guy that you can see to the right and then just sneak ip and grab the fuse. go back/ straight forward. Let the leader begin his speech and if you continue forward you can easily take one fuse up the stairs, if you don't go forward you can sneak past while he's talking and grab the fuse on the other side of the hall way. I still working on the last one[/sp]
Here is my contract entitled 'A Deadly Phobia of Chipmunks'

I decided to switch to hard from purist to see what it's like for a bit and I saw this, holy fuck I didn't realize I could do so well. Also fuck Terminus right up the ass. Every time I get to the eighth fucking floor shit happens.
