So, my resto shammy always runs out of mana, probably from awful gear but that's okay.

Resto Shamans even with a poor level of gear if played well can seem like they have infinite mana. You should twist between using your mana/healing stream totems on trash pulls.
Chain Heal is great, mana cost is slightly more than Lesser Healing Wave ~100, yet it will do so much more healing. Just be a Chain Heal Bot.
On Topic, it's the same with Disc Priests and T10, the Shadow Set has superior stats for Disc compared to the actual healing gear.

Once you're level 80, your next character will be able to fly at 68 because you can buy a Bind to Account tome and send it to your alt character.

Alright cool, say I have the i245 crafted chest already, what should I do then :3? Gloves/legs resto and helm/shoulders ele still?

have fun after level 60 if you think it's bad with triple xp
With triple XP you do one random dungeon and you level like 2-3 times. I wish I had a RAF partner *sadface*

Me and my friend did that, got every character up to 60 first, and then picked which ones we wanted to continue.

I'm just about done with Howling fjord and Boring Tundra and I'm 75 now. Came to Northrend at 69,5
I did All of Borean then all of howling, then all of Dragonblight, then all of ZD and basin to hit 80.
Do Bgs until 70.
That's what I find fun.
