I only use it to know whether someone passes the threshold to be useful in a raid, assuming that they are at least mediocre and know fights(along with proper enchants etc.).

god a few weeks ago I was in this H HoR group and this (blood elf, should have raised a red flag in my head) rogue despite having a 5k gs was consistently pulling ~900 dps in the entire first half of the instance (we booted him by the second)

I haven't played in months, and I'm coming back yet again. I have a level 72 Troll Hunter on Arthas, does anyone play there? US. Have there been any recent changes I should know about?
