I got to play through a whole mission at GamesCom. The game is fucking awesome and after about 5 tries I managed to get through the whole mission in under 10 minutes. Knowing the level and what you are doing makes things extremely easy. I just blinked my way to the roof of the building the target was in, killed the lone guard patrolling there without him even noticing. Tranqualized the target, blinked my way to the extraction area. Stopped time, shot all my crossbow bolts I had at the tallboy's whale oil tanks and as soon as time started again he exploded in a glorious explosion and I finished the mission without any further problems.
Sadly they only let us play on 360s :(
I can hardly wait to play this game. I just know I will be doing every segment 5-6 times just to see all the different ways it can be played.
Add to that the fact the style is brilliant and I dare say it'll be one of my favourite titles for this year.

Well, you can see the ability/equipment wheel thing in the gameplay videos.
