Try freezing time before pickpocketing the keys.
(Minor spoilers in the screenshots below, I guess)
On my second playthrough, on the first mission and this time I'm killing nobody, so naturally I cannot [sp] poison Campbell or Curnow.[/sp] So instead [sp] they go to Campbells' secret basement room, I knock him out, Curnow doesn't seem to have a problem with it and acts like he new what was going on and thanks me. [/sp]
I then play the audiograph and heard something that shocked me a lot, maybe I'm too attached to the characters... but it makes me hate [sp]Campbell[/sp] so much more.

I'm really curious about the background on whalers and fishers, it was mentioned a lot and even as a main song to the game but the only thing we seem to know is they go around catching whales for all and their magical prospects.
I'm not very good with this whole sneaking thing.

Don't remember her being there, second playthrough as well.
Ending was so WEAK
For some reason, in the good ending, when [sp] the outsider says "Farewell, Corvo" it just made me really sad in a happy way. That made the ending better in my eyes, dont know why but it just did.[/sp]

Well, you can knock her out. But it still counts as a kill apparently (it doesn't show in stats at the end of the level though). So the game shows you should get Clean Hands but you won't get it.
Anyway, [sp]Slackjaw tells you how to kill her. You need to go to her room upstairs. On her bed you'll find a cameo, which you need to burn in a nearby furnace. After that she's mortal again and easily killed. You can also choke her and knock her out, which doesn't kill her. As I said though, the game considers this a kill (bug), even though she's clearly unconscious and end stats prove that.[/sp]

Oh god, I'm on this part. and I don't know what to do. I really like Granny Rags and Slackjaw too.
Granny holds a special place in my heart though, so sorry Slackjaw, I'm afraid you're stew tonight.

Bend Time is great, probably my favorite. You can pause time, fire your shots, and kill everyone within a second. Also note it's very expensive
Oh shit, looking at someone else's playthrough, [SP]when you return to the hound pitts pub, Callista was dead in a body bag on mine with a letter, rather than the Youtuber who was doing a playthrough, Callista was locked in the tower[/SP]

For some reason when I want to replay old missions, the first 4 or 5 missions on the "mission" tab are still locked :/
All the end ones are fine though.

You probably overwrote the saves or deleted them.
I deleted them, but I'd have thought the game would have had the sense to know that if there's a save on the last level then I'd played the rest....

Nope, the mission selector is pretty much just a glorified load screen, it simply loads the "MISSION: mission name here" savefile, one of which is made at the start of every mission.
Yeah, I cleared all of my saves out and realized that each chapter needs a save. Kind of a silly system.
