That's what the crossbow is for really, though I know your pain as I wanted to do that for the longest time. Now I just love to use the crossbow for that because it feels right I guess.
The Boyle party mission... Spoilers inside.
This mission was definitely for sneaking but it was still fun to rambo

What bone charms are you using?
What's with that door thing in the workshop?
Started a no detections/no kills playthough and got through the first mission with two people killed (i assumed it was the two guys eaten by rats) and 8 bodies found. After restarting I managed to wrangle up everyone in the prison and stuff them in a dumpster so i could safely proceed with escaping

I was very confused when i got the "Tempest" achievement (6 kills in less than a second) and realized that the bomb blast had killed them all. :suicide:

Those two back to back tallboy kills at the beginning were beautiful.
the fact that you can't regenerate mana and need to use potions which come in a limited number per level (yeah you can buy them inbetween levels but still) to do shit like that with blink, make blink a power i never use rapid fire. i always wait for it to recharge.

is the pistol an effective sniping tool? like with upgrades and stuff can it be just as effective as the crossbow only much noisier?
The main problem with the pistol is that it's not perfectly accurate and the rounds seem to be subsonic, so enemies will hear and dodge before the bullet arrives
It's incredibly easy to miss moving targets at anything other than point-blank between the slow projectile speed and the inaccuracy
What's with that door thing in the workshop?
Blood Ox (more max mana)
Spirited 1 (potions give more mana)
Fleet Fighter (Having weapons out doesn't slow you down) *imo this is the most important.
So in my second playthrough I went to return the audiothing to Slackjaw but then he attacked me whereas none of the other thugs did. Is there any fix?
Is it possible to do the Granny Rags and slackjaw missions non letahally?
Can someone link me to something that will allow me to have all powers+tech?
Sorry if posted before, dont want to look 56 pages.

yes. you just do them all non-lethally
i don't get the question and i doubt anybody else does either. it's not difficult to do them non lethally
Here's a rambo run through of Dunwall Tower

[sp]One of granny rags quests is to poison the potion supply, another is to cook slackjaw in a stew. How do you do those non lethally is a reasonable question. [/sp]

You can't.
I must say this game is quite easy on normal. I'm trying to be really stealthy just because it feels cool but whenever I cock things up it's pretty easy to murder your way out of any situation. I'm still enjoying it, but it's a very different feel from Deus Ex. There stealth was a necessity, here it just feels like I'm toying with these poor guards for my own amusement.

It's easy for the [sp] stew one. What you got to do is you play along with granny's plan right up till you throw him in the stew, then kill her, you still get all the quest rewards.[/sp]

Wow, what a great way to do it non-lethally!

I dont know why, but at the end, when this song started playing; I started crying.
This song- played right after The Outsider says "Farewell, Corvo" really just hit me hard (in a good way)
I just finished the game.
Boy, did I fuck up.
yeah there are actually certain points where i felt like an asshole for fucking shit up so bad.
[sp]i'm probably gonna let emily die as it seems like the only reasonable ending considering how much i'm fucking shit up her life would probably be incredibly shitty[/sp]
funnily enough it really hit home during the bathroom sequence.

[sp]I really felt bad, I shot Samuel after he told me what a monster I had become and alerted everyone at the light house.[/sp]
god that sucks, is there a way to not kill him? he's probably the only [sp]member of the loyalists[/sp] i like.
from the start i knew he was someone you could trust then like mission 5 i realized i hadn't used the heart on him and the first thing it says is "he has a good heart and can be trusted"

Little late on this but I think with the explosive rounds it's a bit more accurate.

It's completely optional, even if you have high chaos.
This game is hilariously detailed. I love how, when (spoilers for faffing about at the pit before the masquerade) [sp]Emily tells you that her maid is bathing, my first idea was to see if I could find her and peep in on her. And not only could I, it actually lead to two nice little cutscenes.[/sp] The developers really know how a player thinks!
Is it possible to do the Granny Rags and slackjaw missions non letahally?
You have to miss out the [sp]poison the distillery mission[/sp] and when you find [sp]Granny trying to cook slackjaw you have to pick pocket the key and run; strangling her and destroying the cameo counts as a kill for some reason.[/sp]
Beaten the game on low and high chaos. The low chaos end was slightly satisfying. I've got two questions about the last mission though:
[sp]When I got to Havelock on high chaos, he had Emily hostage on the ledge and was threatening to jump. On low chaos he was talking to himself in a room, and he had poisoned Pendleton and Martin. Firstly, on high chaos, is he always holding Emily hostage, or is he similiar to the Regent in that he's doing something different if you set off any alarms? And secondly, are Pendleton and Martin always poisoned on low chaos?[/sp]
I seriously would not mind having the outsider's mark tattooed on the back of my hand.

I don't think the Outsider would find me interesting enough :(

No, but a tattoo place would.

I misunderstood you :v:
But I agree. It would be a cool tattoo to have.
