It presents you with options to pick and you pick the choice which you think is morally right - thus it severely impacts the story and characters and locations.
Sounds like a moral choice system to me.
The only difference is that The Witcher doesn't give you a morality meter.
It isn't presented as a moral choice system though. And there is no morality meter and no impact on Geralt's appearance, like in games such as Mass Effect 2.

Yeah, but some of your choices completely changed the experience in TW2. In ME2 you punched someone or not, shot someone or not and in the 3rd game you got few points as a consequence.

A few points, that's it.
In the Witcher 2 none of your actions are recorded on some arbitrary meter. You make choices, and consequences come of them.
When I dealt with the Lord Regent, [sp]I carried his unconscious body from his bedroom and onto the balcony, planning to throw him off into the atrium in full view as a very permanent and obvious example.[/sp] His leg snagged.
Just as humiliating to him as the non-lethal approach, I suppose.

Which is definitely how it should be.

Which is why I wish more games could be like the Witcher 2. So damn good.
I tried to play The Witcher 2, but it ran like shit on my machine... even though I surpassed even the recommended specs. Dunno if it's been patched since, this was right on release.
Found a way up the Regent tower without using the door. You can climb the lights on the front of the building.
It's sequence breaking though, since your target isn't where they should be until you go inside. I'm guessing it was not intended to be possible.

Or you can posses a fish and swim in.
I hate possessing fish. The possess time always runs out before I make it to where I'm going and then they eat me alive.
Whoop! Wish it was free but what can you do eh?

The story ones sound cool.

Well, I only possessed a fish in that particular level because you only need to swim like 5 meters.
I would love if the Daud DLC [sp]was a prequel to the events of the game and ended with Jessamine Kaldwin's death[/sp], or a leadup to that point. You could [sp]work with the High Overseer and the Spymaster/Lord Regent[/sp] since IIRC they were behind everything.
I know they also hinted at dlc being outside Dunwall. So Daud and possible new places
yes yes please yes please very much
So, I deleted a lot of saves to avoid the "random continue" bullshit, and now the first seven missions are locked when I try to access them from the main menu. WTF. Do they depend on your fucking saves? What do?

Unfortunately, they do rely on your saves.
For some reason, my saves are completely messed up.

Which is how it should be. I loved Fallout: New Vegas so much more then 3 because there was no black or white, right or wrong, you just do what you think is right for the wasteland in terms of factions, since all three of them have dark sides. As opposed to 3 where the brotherhood were saviors of the wasteland, and that the enclave were literally the devil incarnate come to rape your children.
In Dishonored who I killed really depended on what the people said, I let the guards who said stuff like, "I really did like the Empress..", and "One of these days I'll teach those Overseers not to mess with people..", live because they were just doing their job, and weren't bad. On the other hand I killed the shit out of the guys who were talking about abusing their powers, and the overseers.
Possessing a fish gets you into the bottom of the tower. I've been looking for any way to the top floor without using the door to the rooftop from inside.
How are you guys certain that we can play as Daud? It sounds to me like you get to "follow in Daud's footsteps" as Corvo, though I would love being Daud more.

I don't see how that would work since in the main game you basically follow in his footsteps anyways.
I think I want to give building a Tallboy costume for Halloween next year.
It's high as fuck but I want to give it a shot. I figure I can have my brother and a friend spot for me :v:

Have them dress as guardsmen.

Do you guys have any idea where I could find all of the character concept art? I need a profile and side view of the Tallboys, the Guardsmen, and Corvo if I can get it.

Alright, so regarding the issue of stability: I figure that I could add an extra strut between the midd,e of the top section and the middle of the bottom section and place two hydraulic shocks there, rated at around 115 pounds (ten less than what I weight). That way, every time I step the shocks will give slightly and aid me in my walking... process.
Unfortunately, they do rely on your saves.
How will that work because I have like loads of saves:
High chaos, Low Chaos, Ghost & Merciful , and two others where I just messed about?
Will they ask you to select an endgame save?

It'd be the "cheap" way out, but you could get some of those freerun leg struts and use those. I don't remember what they're actually called, but they make you a lot taller and people who knew Dishonored would immediately recognize your costume.
Is it possible to get a 'no chaos' ending/rating when you go ghost, never kill anyone and make sure that the bodies are not found?
Do you think you'll get your own squad after what happened last night?
Do you think you'll get your own sqaud after what happened last night?
Indeed, I believe so.
