So in my non-lethal run something happened to me that was both hilarious and intensely frustrating before I realize what happened. I'd just like to make a warning so you people doing the clean hands run don't have this mess up their lack of kills. On the Masked Party Mission, [sp]when you're delivering her to the brisby creeper guy in the basement, WALK DOWN THE STAIRS TO DELIVER HER. Don't jump straight down the ledge to reach him. As soon as you do, the cutscene will trigger and you will automatically drop the Lady Boyle, and the fall will be considered enough to kill her. (You'll probably hear a wet thudding noise in the process). The funny thing was it still considered the non-lethal route completed even if she showed up in my kill count at the end of the mission, so I guess Brisby just walked off with her dead body.[/sp] And that was how I simultaneously assassinated and did not assassinate one of the targets.
That particular fall was non-lethal in my case, so it at least doesn't always happen.
My friend told me that after a certain point it doesn't matter if you kill people. Could someone maybe specify when that is exactly? Unlethal is fun and all but I just really want to squish some bitches.
Happened to me on my second playthrough. I thought 'Oh, I'll just take a quick shortcut, nothing will go wrong.' It went wrong. Funnily enough, on my next playthrough, this led me to Slackjaw's hideout. Apparently sliding into people near a fence will make them go over it

traded a dota item for this, finished it in about a week. game owns, tons of fun, nothing's given me that obsessive "must reload until i nail this section totally to plan" feeling since the original deus ex. did anyone else make up their own special kills for some enemies? like with the pendleton twins i made sure to knock them out then drown them in the river (shame i couldn't do it with the last one) or trying to eliminate all the boyles without being spotted
Gotta clear the entire party without anybody noticing. That's the only self-instated goal I had.

I guess technically you could kill everyone on the last level if you've been doing low chaos the entire time but talk about giving the game missed messages. Also I found out that on the Golden Cat mission [sp]You can kill only one of the brothers and still return to Slackjaw to give him the combination. However, instead of taking care of the second brother he pretty much laughs at you and tells you to fuck off and finish the job. [/sp]

I once [sp]killed them both and still gave him the combination. Slacky was a bit confused.[/sp]
Finished the game a couple of days ago and have since been playing it over and over to the point where I can complete the game in less than 60 minutes. Goes to show how deep it can actually be despite being made up of relatively very little.. I got a 13 hour playthrough out of it initially by exploring and playing stealthily/non-lethal, my chaos playthrough took about 3 hours and now going full speed I can blitz it in about 55-60 minutes and I'm confident I can get down to 45 minutes to complete it. I quite like this game :P
I found what could be a perfect setup for the Daud DLC. It stood out to me a lot. Thoughts?
I WAS RIGHT! http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2013/02/20/zenimax-trademarks-dishonored-themed-titles.aspx Exciting.
Fuck my pants are sticky.
Oh shit forgot about this game, lets get this shit started again
Okay. Did anyone actually get all DLC achievements?
Okay. Did anyone actually get all DLC achievements?
Hell I haven't even gotten the DLC yet, I completely forgot about it
Hell I haven't even gotten the DLC yet, I completely forgot about it
I'd get it while it's 50% off.
The DLC still isn't available in my region. I fear we won't get it (just like Skyrim on Steam).
I'd get it while it's 50% off.
Is it 50% off for you? Because it's still $5 for me
Is it 50% off for you? Because it's still $5 for me
I ment in future sales.
