Why not just have Somalia be a safehouse of sorts and just plan actual invasions from it? Instead of just settling and building towns on servers.

I really don't know what it is about Wurm that I enjoy so much. It's such a weird game that is completely and utterly frustrating and yet very chill and relaxing at the same time. You can play for like 6 hours and have nothing eventful happen and just watch a bar go up and down. Then all of a sudden you hear the sound of air whipping by real fast. What the fuck is that? OH GOD A HUGE SPIDER WHERE THE FUCK DID IT COME FROM? You start panicking because you haven't been paying attention while you were watching porn or whatever during your spindle grinding session. You start screaming in local OH GOD HELP and then try to run to the nearest body of water but it doesn't matter when you move like molasses. Your dude is grunting and making weird noises because the sound effects in this game are awful and you now you know you're fucked. You die and then realize you have to trek 2 hours back to your town to retrieve your body and it's 2:00 am in the morning. this is basically Wurm in a nutshell
