Turns out I was still on the huge mountain next to Minglamabad. The ladder down has decayed. Shit. A minute later I was back at 100%, thanks to my healthy arsenal of farmer's salve, healing covers and rags. Decided to head for Minglamabad, perhaps I could use the mine there to get rocks for a portal. On the way through the desert a goblin almost killed me as I had no stamina and he frenzied, but I barely killed him with 5% HP remaining. No worries, a couple of minutes later and I was back at 100%.
