Took me a day to get to the last one. I remember getting completely lost and starting a camp in the middle of the road with a fellow FPer while we waited for another FPer to come and show us the way.

Oh god I remember this game. We all went off on a raid in a boat and I went AFK for five minutes and discovered that I had been marooned on the base of a long chain of too high to climb cliffs/mountains. I spent the next 45 minutes accompanied only by my Small Barrel as I defied the odds and swam back to the settlement. I ran into a space between rest stops just before I arrived at the settlement that was too far for me to swim with my barrel, so I had to drop it and leave it on the ocean floor. I alerted the Coast Guard and they picked it up for me later.

I went into Somalia again and the troll started chasing me until that troll and another troll cornered me and I quit

You can call tower guards by targeting something and typing help in local. Was no one else online? You could've got an invite to the village, anyways I'm coming on shortly.

We were able to go all the way out to the westernmost edge of the Eastern Plains on foot, tame like 4 dogs, and then come all the way back to the town with like half of us swimming before you even came back. Just started playing Wurm... what is this I don't even.

It's basically a 3D Dwarf Fortress MMO. You'll die in the most BS ways until you get your grip on things.

One hour in, lost and just found the wiki map. Haven't died yet... things are looking okay... :v:

Currently our deed is infested with mountain lions (we caught a bad case of Essex :v:), but they're not that harmful and the guards we have keep them in line. They're definitely better than the 10-foot scorpions we were infested with last fortnight.

Unfortunately it will instead debilitate you in ways so bad that you wish you'd be dead. In the end, though, succeeding against the odds just makes your accomplishments feel that much greater. You'll remember your first shoddy armor and your first rickety shed, and you will feel like a king as you dine on your QL 10 casseroles. Cherish these moments.

It's a shame that our newbies will feel like prawns or something filter feeding on the spores of fungus in the air.

Seems like that's pre-my hizzu. I need to know if I would've able to build on a 3x3 plot of land instead of a 2x3, I'm building a bunch of tall walls and a palisade front door and it just doesn't look nice when the palistade is off side. Only problem I can see this creating is that the plot next to me will be smaller than the others but that can be off set my making it a grave yard or animal pen or something elce rather than a home unless someone doesn't mind living in a 1x3 (unless you remove the gaps from on between the houses and make it a 3x3.

Considering the fact that we have a lot of people coming and going at different times during the day, I'm going to make every house a coffin to be used as mailbox-like things. Got my 2x3 tall wall house done, has a palistade door but I have remedied this, once the house next to it is finished then the only way to get through is if you go through a iron gate fence, the palistade will remain unlocked.
