The more the better. Make sure you have plenty of tactics and bring as many units to the field as your computer can handle. That way you suffer fewer casualties with superior troops i found. And don't charge cav into mobs. Unless they are really widespread. Do use cav when there's enemies all over the place. Don't when there all in one tight group.

I hate it when there's like one random enemy somewhere and I don't know where he is, so my whole army runs across the map to kill him.

Is there some way to recruit swedish reiters because if I go to villages and recruit volunteers I only get milita men and they cant upgrade that far. Also, is there any wiki or some shit for mount and blade?

Just bought Mount and Blade for £1, got home, and it registered on steam. Today, I am a happy man.

Spears are great if I'm on my horse and I want to do a driveby - the problem is when I'm forced to be on foot, like during a siege or when I get jumped in a city, because they're too slow to get an attack in.

I hate training up 40 huscarls and then I get instantly attacked by 600 Khergits. Fuck that shit, they all ride horses and circle around me running me over.

My Huscarls/Nord Veterans/warriors are my melee bros, Rhodok Sharpshooters are my Ranged bros, and Swadian Knights are my Horse Bros. It never fails ever.

Pendor is cool, but I don't like that most items have very poor textures and use models from M&B instead of using the Warband ones.

I can play Warband on high settings but Fire and Sword I have to make most things on low and the textures are at 50%.
