Avenge your honey, become lone ruler of all of Calradia.
Can you send trade caravans in warband like you can in Fire and Sword or is it a new feature?
Is there an option to enable and disable body clipping, dead bodies that is. I want to mess around and see how high a pile can get. :v:

Trade caravans are automatic, if you're referring to having caravans of your own nation going out.

Do you even have f&s? In f&s you can have your own trade caravan but not in warband
damnit, i actually got to a party size of 50, finally was a vassel of the nords, went out with the bro's to take a castle
Died and lost all my people and stuff. Well, shit.
Is there a way to increase my relationship with villages without asking for a quest on the off chance that it isn't a cattle mission?

visit them often, sometimes bandits will be raiding them
In fire and sword you can talk to the Mayor of a town and Hire a caravan full of goods. You then escort the caravan to the city you discussed with the mayor and you may or may not make a profit.

At least he cattle missions are easier in Fire and Sword, because the cow follow you as opposed to running.

I've got artimer, 12 khergite lancers and 4 swadian men-at-arms. Will that be enough to pillage every village in swadia? and also, how many men should I take to attack a castle?

You have more than enough to take castles and stuff right now
I usually take only 6 men to take castles so you should be pretty good right now

how is that possible?
[QUOTE=That_Crazy_Gman;29869677]how is that possible?[/QUOTE]
It's not im an azzhole.
Take about 70-80+ upgraded men to take castles and stuff, try to bring lords along as well and make sure you're a high enough level for it.
I'm playing 1866 mod and I have slaughtered thousands of Indians. During my first attempt at getting a fort from one of the Indians I got immediately head shotted with an arrow.
instant karma :(
What are your tips to take a castle as an independent? I want to start my own faction.

You are instantly in charge, you will make progress (unlike most factions) and who doesn't want their own Kingdom?

Wait until you can do it before you decide to defect and do it on your own, and make sure you have good relations with many lords

Is there a new version of 1866? for 1.134 or whatever?
I just took a castle that had about 150 people in it with about 50 guys, their archers were terrible but then again what do you expect from Swadia.
Fuck, tournaments in Prophesy of Pendor are hard. I was fighting dudes who could take 85 points of couched lance damage and just stand there. How high does your strength have to BE to be that much of a tank?
Where can i ditch my troops? Without having to go through the trouble of going to taverns and shit to pick up people? (Fire And sword).
[editline]17th May 2011[/editline]
I mean, so i can pick them up again.
You can do it once you have a castle, you can station a garrison there which is basically a backup supply of troops.
Fuck, I'll have to ditch my boy's then. Still to early in the game to take a castle.
I've been trying out a bunch of different mods recently so I got Knights the Last Battle 2. I became a cavalry commander and I worked as a mercenary for England then eventually joined them. I have a group of 50 knights who basically just storm the field and kill every single thing in a minute. And while I do this I keep playing Amazing Horse all the way through.
So to build up wealth early in the game, I bust my ass and win 3 tournaments after much raging and savescumming. At this point, there is a tournament happening in every kingdom.
After that, I spend a bunch of time training myself and my men, become stronger, and get better gear.
Finally, I decide to return to the tournament circuit and gain fame. So I ask the arena keeper where the next tourney will be held...
"There are no tournaments being held anytime soon."
:suicide:
There's a check every once in a while, if there are less than 3 ongoing tournaments there's a 3% change one will start in any given town within 24 hours. You can change this amount to be higher with TweakMB if you wish.
Huh, interesting. It's not that important, since I made 40K from the couple of tourneys I did win (max bet :c00l:) and I've been hiring crossbowmen willy-nilly, but you only get 2K from beating the arena in Prophesy of Pendor, so I figured a tourney would be faster.
[editline]17th May 2011[/editline]
I actually raised my 2-handed weapons skill from 40 to 120 just by doing arena fights.
Now invest in enterprises before you blow all that money away on useless shit
I don't blow money, I'm so stingy that after I bought a new weapon I immediately went back to the arena and won the money back for it. I now have 50K denars.
Also, there is another tourney being held, but I just signed on as a merc with an enemy kingdom so I can't go to the city it's being held in :v:
Buy velvet enterprises in every town so you can support your weekly costs
