I'd like to see one for Fantasy, I always wanted to run around as a chaos lord. Only one I found renamed people and nothing else.
I'd love to see one spanning time. Going from the 1400's to the late 1900's You make your city learn new technologies and whatnot, be like a cross between Civilization/Age of Empires/Empire Earth

Wow Swadian Sergeants in Blood and Steel are overpowered. So this is the situation, I'm a Swadian peasant rev. (level 19) playing on Normal diff. My party consists of 90 Sergeants, and 10 Royal knights. I have a movement speed of 12.0 with Pathfinding 2, I can easily take on Lords with 300 men and take only 30 losses and I laugh at petty parties of bandits that think they can handle a group of horsemen. This is a lot of fun :v [editline]14th June 2011[/editline] Then to think I just usen o tactics at all and I rush them with a giant horde, the first contact between the lances of my charging horde and the poor enemies sounds absolutely amazing. Instant screen full of nice green messages.
So I finally conquered all of Calradia for Sarranid Sultanate and then went on to create my own kingdom. What I wasn't expecting was that the Queen took away all my fiefs, which was roughly 1/3 of all Castles and Towns in the map. Not only that, but I also lost 2/3 of my treasury and about 2000+ maxed out troops. Sucks. The last kick in the balls of course is that when I'm eventually going to siege one of my old castles, I have to fight against my own troops I stationed there.
You should have released them all and then started war.

It fixes the problem 99% of the time.

I have a party of 200 or so but I only ever use about 50 in battle because I never lose any men. It's kind of a waste, really. All those elite crossbowmen, duelists, and halberdiers are just sitting in my party collecting wages. When I take a castle I'm gonna leave 'em there as a garrison. I have an army consisting only of cannoneers in blood and steel.
The only thing I don't really like about Blood and Steel is that every Nord unit (practically) has to wear those dumb looking viking helmets with the wings or the tiny tiny horns. Also apprently Nord axmen have guns.

I can still remember how far my jaw dropped when the Vaegirs conquered Sargoth in a day then fought off 1000 Nords before the city was finally retaken. I took part in the siege as well, died at least four times.
Also the nords have those Seeker of the slain or whatever, which are really high level cavalry only they're women dressed in hideous WoW armor. I preferred the nords when they had no cavalry and shite archers, only to have the very best infantry.

That's actually a lot of stuff that should've been in release, makes me consider buying it now.
I thought Fire and Sword was a mod that the developers did "just for fun and their own amusement", like the kind of mod you make when you have to much spare time and want to fuck around.
Started playing with 96% difficulty. It's a totally different ball game compared to Normal. However, I managed to defend against a siege of ~1100 men with only 120 or so people. We had to kill about 800 dudes when they finally got into their senses and backed down. Then I proceeded to hunt down and capture all the fleeing Sarranid lords. Like a boss.
is there enough interest to form a Facepunch Mount and Musket regiment, similar to the Reddit Brigade? I sometimes command the public regiment in the Friday public MG linebattle but would gladly form up a FP unit if we could get at least 20 people. We can even gay it up with ranks and whatnot.
