Getting "lordly" armor and shit is not worth it in the end, since with the price of that +3 torso armor compared to a standard variant you could buy two of the standard and store the other in your castle / whatever, so if someone loots your shit you can get a replacement.
Only high-quality items worth it are weapons.

So im playing Europe 1200, as the Holy Roman Empire. So most of my troops are horsemen, really good ones at that. All i have is a small fief and i really wanted a castle so i could put my POWs there. So when i got the chance to get one, i took it. I lost like 13 Teutonic knights, the best units in my army. I request for the castle, and guess who the Kaiser gives it to.

well in F&S I haven't really seen any similar armour that I could buy at regular cities. Or weapons.
I don't really mind waiting for my musket and pistol, I use a regular weak musket and it's still pretty strong, it's just less accurate.

All banner-textured parts of shields and armour have gone completely transparent... This is what I get for trying to use mods :saddowns:
The portraits of units in the party and inventory screen is stretched and/or completely wrong too.
Mods installed: Diplomacy + Pre-Battle Orders & Deployment, More Metal Sounds, Pike & Blade, various TweakMB fixes and Polished Landscapes.

I trust you followed the instructions properly and applied patches wherever they were mentioned? That sounds like a Pike & Blade problem.

Have my folder, it has everything but Polished Landscapes installed. And that is pretty easy to install too as long as you follow the instructions.
Is anybody having problems where everything is suddenly invincible?
Playing Blood and Steel and my friend is having the exact same problem.

Hmm, I might be wrong about warband having a ticket, I think the new achievements are all about women characters
I'm not updating WB until all the mods of my merge are made compatible :colbert:
The only thing I really don't like about native expansion was the fact that it replaces all the bandits with these mercenary war parties, so when your like level 2 with 6 recruits you get buttfucked by a party of knights who are faster than you.
I only feel like engaging in battles if HDR is on and the weather is clear and it's morning in the sarranid area.
I just don't like the gloomy feel of the fog.
How do I install this? All it is is code.
