He's dressed in a red suit and has an afro. Once you capture him you have to interrogate him with the cafeteria mixing bowl.
This is becoming a pain in the ass. I really really REALLY wish I could make my minions a little more prepared. At the moment I have two doors keeping intruders out, and one zoom lens camera inside to alert everyone when they get in. But I want to make it so they ACTUALLY DEFEND instead of going "oh oops lets run over there and get raped one at a time.
I ordered 15 workers because I had all my other ones out in the world with the 4k per second plan and then a group of exceptional veterans AND good veterans parachuted down right next to my heli-pad. At the same time as the new workers were coming out and getting killed individually, I had mercs and workers running TO the helipad that each got killed one by one too, then since they died and failed to get to the helipad more of my mercs and workers set off to try to get to the helipad.
I had around 150 minions before this incident. Afterwards I had 20.
Make a 2x2 armory room with gun racks near the entrance so everyone can grab guns easily when you go to yellow/red alert.
I really hate how you have to build lockers to increase your population cap. Most of my barracks is just lockers with another barracks on the other side of my base with just lockers in it.

Put this in the Config folder in the DynamicResources folder.

I'm not a big fan of joining rooms directly to one another but that's just my preference.

That's a bad idea, agents will see the gun racks, take photos, and return to HQ to send in more agents/soldiers because they found proof you're evil.
All stuff that gives off heat (like gun racks, freezers and holding cells) should be nowhere near the entrance.

Terrible idea. It's a lot more practical to just stay on yellow alert all the time because then everyone capable of using a gun always has one equipped.

Then when an agent tries to open it they get captured, I laugh at them while they're in a holding cell and then kill them.

Well, near that Evil Genius room there starts to be less and less space to make corridors so I had to make rooms joining with each other.
