But the objective listed specifics, like rocket fuel. There's no missions for it around the world domination map.
It states specifics but it doesn't matter what type of resources you steal.
Oh and about those resources, you can just steal 15 (or whatever total number you need) of the same resource. Minions will keep doing the mission until they're all dead or you tell them to stop. Also make sure you have a big freezer, that's where the boxes that the resources are in go
About the diplomat planting. After interrogating the five diplomats, I only got one mission on the world domination screen, for the PATRIOT diplomat. I finished that, and I tried plotting in the regions where I'm supposed to plant diplomats, but the missions still aren't coming up. Whuddafuck.
Objective 7: Global Chaos This is one of the longest missions you will ever attempt, also one of the hardest. Be prepared for Heat spikes around the world. When you start, one by one enemy diplomats will come to your island. Capture them and interrogate them and send your own diplomats to the countries from where they came. Each AoI requires one diplomat and takes around 2 to 3 minutes. Though that was hard? You haven't seen nothing yet. After you start, start plotting in one of these places South America Eastern Bloc Midwest America Africa Central Asia You must acquire at least 25 crates of resources. You can go for one, or spread out by getting 5 of each. It's wise to do only one, as you don't want all of the agents knocking at your door. The bad part is, that each time you finish it, you get about 25 Heat. But also you get 5 notoriety each time. This is a good time to build up notoriety now. Keep supplying minions to the site until you get 25 crates. You will need guards, mercenaries and quantum physicists. Once you have 5 crates, right click the rocket cavern and select one of the stages. While you're doing that build catwalks that span the cavern, as you'll need them later. Once you have all 5 diplomats and all 5 stages of the rocket, the objective is declared complete. I just noticed that I have all the henchmen on the cover of the game :v: Except that hypnotist guy I just picked up
What the hell do I do when I capture Mariana Mamba? I can't kill her. and when she breaks out when she knives someone it kills in one hit so I always keep my both henchmen in the armory and keep torturing her in the mixer.

Generally, she'll leave the island afterwards

Someon tell me. I know to make the doomsday device you must get one of the higher tier research devices, AI supercomputer, greenhouse, and that other thing. But besides the doomsday device, are they used for anything else? Like the laser or centrifuge, do they serve their own research purposes with other items in the base?

Once you have a laboratory with a databank, data analyzer and one or more research devices, your science minions will take notes on objects in your base, which can then be researched and subsequently resulting in new items such as traps and objects.
Well yeah I know. I had that on the previous island, but now I have to spend 550k to make a complete laboratory with all the research items. It'll definitely pay off but that's half my money at the moment. The only thing I don't really have now besides the laboratory is a staff room and the library thing. Do I get any more rooms once I've gotten to the 2nd island? Don't tell me what, just curious if I should be looking forward to new buildable rooms.
this game needs a sequel more than any other game out right now.

How do I get them? Do I just have to plot somewhere until the mission comes up?
This is the best explanation I could get. I don't really know how I got the biotank...I don't really follow any guides or wikis so just about everything I do happens on accident.
[sp]It is research from Multimedia TV + Laser + Centrifuge + Impact Stress Analyser. However you need the Mercury Mirror found in Australia to research the Multimedia TV. To get the TV, research the Mercury mirror with Laser. Correct me if I'm wrong though.[/sp]
Spoilers for people who want to "accidentally" find it themselves. All the other ones are given to you or shown to you as AOI's on the map.

Is it possible the reason I keep CTD is because I have too many minions? As of now, I have about 386 out of a possible 500.
Is it possible the reason I keep CTD is because I have too many minions? As of now, I have about 386 out of a possible 500.
Only if you have a terribly shitty computer. I'd lower your max population to 400 just to be safe. Any higher than 500 causes the game to start bugging out for anyone.
If there hasn't been a sequel in nearly five years I wouldn't keep my hopes up
The company shut down a couple years ago.
The company shut down a couple years ago.
Yeah, I looked into it and apparently a sequel was in the works but that circled the drain, obviously
The company shut down a couple years ago.
Rebellion bought the rights.
Well it's far from shitty, I'm not sure what the deal is with the crashing. I'll try drastically lowering my minion count.
400 should be fine. That's what I use. Worst case is that you have to reinstall.
Started a new base everything is fine now, do you guys use security cams and speakers?
Of course! You don't use them, you need them!
:smug: If you need more space, you are doing it wrong.
Really wanted to get this game, but sound didn't work at all, had to return it
Started a new base everything is fine now, do you guys use security cams and speakers?
Well you don't really NEED them but so long as you have a minion at a security panel, anyone with a tag that walks within the sight of a camera has their location broadcast through the loudspeakers. That means any minions within range of the loudspeakers will drop what they're doing and rush to that area. I always had cameras covering the entrances of my base rather than traps that would kill most of my minions...
I have security cameras watching over almost every part of my base and speakers in all highly populated areas. So if one agent at my entrance gets tagged for capture tons of minions will run for him.
I have a lot of cameras and speakers by now, at the entrance all the important rooms like Generators, Stronghold an so on. But how do they exactly work, when an agent enters my base sometimes it doesn't work, I'm a bit confused.
