This is like, my favorite game ever.
I hope the second one gets made...
Damn it, now I want to reinstall. Curse you!
Ah, the final part of the second objective ended with a clusterfuck in the main hall. it was hilarious to see the valets extinguish the fires while minions were in an all-out war. :v:
This game and hitman are two games that really fucking need sequels.
Think how awesome this would be with multi-floor bases, a more sandbox-oriented open world, tons more buildings, ragdolls and a graphics overhaul.
I'm terrible at earning money. I'm nearly always completely dry. Is stealing the only way of getting money or am I missing something?
I bought this shit when it came out in like 04, haven't forgotten about it since.

Ragdolls ? What's the point ?

I am trying to buy the research machine and its hard :frown: They should be a evil bank where you get loans from
Is stealing the only way of getting money or am I missing something?
Yes. Stealing is the only way apart from cheating.
Oh, and trap combos.

I would cum buckets if a sequel with this in it was ever made.

Big whirly torture machines and traps, why else?
Ok I just bought it, general tips would be nice chums.

Dont build a hotel unless you are swimming in cash. They are a huge investment with little pay off other then distracting the tourists. And tourists really arent hard to put up with. If they get in your base, capture and/or kill them
Word. My freezer is full of body bags.
I'm trying to buy the damn thing off steam and it says my card company may have put my debit card on hold, yet i bought games off it not long ago and i can still draw money, put money in and order things off play and stuff.
Buy it from another location.
Important crap goes far back in the base, and sometimes if your generators have a closed gap in-between that no minions can get to, agents become faggots and literally open a zip in the floor and jump straight there.
(Trap combos get you cash)
Care to explain a bit more.
as in where.... steams the only place with the price at £3
Well that is a very good price.
what?
Oh that makes sense, it's just I haven't make any traps.
Is there a furnace to dispose of the bodies other then sticking them in a Freezer?
Is there a furnace to dispose of the bodies other then sticking them in a Freezer?
No.
Is there a furnace to dispose of the bodies other then sticking them in a Freezer?
Nope. You're going to have to wait for the bodies in your freezer to "mysteriously vanish".
Oh god, I'm completely overrun by S.A.B.E.R. infiltrators! You know you've succeeded as an evil genius if the friggin' SAS are launching a large scale assault on your base.
Red Ivan has a lovably voice. Reminds me of Schwarzenegger. :v:
I never have a huge array of traps. They tend to be too complicated and fail anyway. The whole test dummy method is too expensive in the long run for tweaking a long chain.
I believe you can earn up to $1k per trap combo, depending on the length. I can see that adding up in an area where agents often get into(front door)

When you get to the second island build an entrance to a fake base segregated from your main one and put a lot of popup traps

I tend to demo the topside shack the moment I can, and I use that for traps. Beehives work well there.
Evil Genius is one of the most fun RTS games I've ever played, if you haven't bought it yet, get it.
I'm crap with traps though. I got through the whole game on my first try by just using the distraction traps and the damsel in distress traps you get through research. Oh, and I added about 30 concealed sentry guns around my base entrance and turned on red alert during the last mission, carnage and hilarity ensued.
Also, Jubei is awesome for killing off escaping agents, and the Matron has some hilarious lines. Kane is my favorite of the henchmen though, because he's awesome.
Yeah thanks for the help on me buying it from steam, even though steam says my debit card has been put on hold, yet i can still order things from play, draw money out and put money in, plus i bought some games off steam recently....
