But what would you advise is the best thing to do with him?
I've found it best to put him in the control room where they will work longer without passing out and leaving your control room unmanned.
shit game

An Evil Geniuses Wet Dream.
I manged to finish the first Island! :v:
The bad side is I escaped with $810, so needless to say, I can't build fuck all.
Protip: Make enough gun racks for every henchman to get a gun. Then set the base on yellow alert. After a couple seconds, when the alarm starts getting quieter, click yellow alert again.
And voila! Every henchman will arm themselves and the annoying alarm will be turned off!

I wish I could afford a gun rack, at the moment I can't afford the ramp to get into the evil base.

That would be a good tip if it worked.
First off, once the alarm is turned off all henchmen will return their guns or will stop going to get a gun. No Exceptions.
Second, the yellow alarm is nearly inaudible once it gets quite.

I pretty much do that on narrow strips of land I can build on that I'm not going to build anything else.

Nope. If you press yellow alert again it will turn the sound off but the minions will remain armed.
As for the locker spam, I just mod the lockers.

Doesn't work. I've tried.
Doesn't work. I've tried.
This does work. I'm doing it now.
Whatever. It's pretty stupid and redundant anyway.

I guess, if you want to have your minions run to the armory for some reason.
This way they are already armed if you tag someone to be killed.

What? They're armed with the alarm on anyway.
Besides, a good security network is the best possible way to get minions to a specific part of the base.

It's a work around to not having that annoying alarm being played the whole time. I agree with you on that network thing though.

It's not annoying, you can barely hear it.

Its an opinion.
This game is quite tricky :S
But when editing a few of those .csv or something files, i made my construction workers bring in millions of cash! I am sorted... Buts still quite hard to learn to play as fast as other games

can you explain how?
I still don't know how to raise my maximum henchman population.
Edit population.ini

How? I fucking hate having to buy hundreds of lockers

Get that tool. Find the locker .desc file in the resource.erb file, extract it, edit the populationbonus line and put in Dynamicresources.
It also might be done through population.ini. Play around with it.
As stated before, I usually just keep him in the control room because that's quite a high-traffic area in my base.
Also, to answer your earlier question, I don't use traps because I'm afraid my own men will walk into them, I just keep a henchman nearby. If they pass my initial door I just get a henchman (and some of the guards if there's lots of hostiles).
Also, quick tip, make sure your security control things are always manned. At some point I was looking around my base after placing some blueprints when I see a ninja (not the friendly kind). I promptly send everyone to kill him and wonder how he got past all the security cameras and such. The security desk wasn't manned.
Use the gas knockout traps, that way then if your own men walk into it it's no biggie.
God damn, I'm so glad I finally bought this. It only took me like 5 years to finally get round to it.
I can't hear my alarm anymore, because I've heard it too much.
This game is fucking awesome, just got my first lab, I've got a wonderful trap/security system, everything is just being awesome!
And I love being evil like this
Brilliant game, really.
You know that small shack you start with that has you equipment briefcases and gold reserves? How is that moved inside? I'm fed up of my minions running outside to collect materials.

Build a strongroom in your base and destroy the old one. I suggest moving the briefcase racks into your new strongroom instead of selling them. I use that little shack for two capacitors once I get them.
