Sentinal is such a fantastic class, just took the Assault Rifle aswell.
Think after i compleate ME2 im going to go back and do an Infiltrator on ME
Did no one find the minigames annoying? It sorta drew me out of the experience whenever I had to match circuits together to open a door.
It only drew me out of an experience of one playthrough, my Badass Shepard who hated computers and could never hack anything was forced to match fucking circuits, he couldn't even figure out his fucking email, how did they expect him to do something as complex as circuit matching or hacking?
You guys are acting like there were actually important items in the game ASIDE from the Spectre X weapons and Predator X/Colussus X armor, and that the upgrades actually meant something as soon as you got to Frictionless Metals X.
Which, if you didn't import a character, took you pretty much the entire game to acquire. I don't see the problem.
Most of the time, the door hacking sequences are there to stop people from rushing through levels.
You are pretty much required to kill all enemies in the area before moving on since getting damaged makes you fail the hacking sequence. Yes, they can be annoying, but they have a purpose.
I fail to see the problem.
Your inventory would fill up with items, credits, and omnigel halfway through your second playthrough becuase you wouldn't need it for anything and using it, or looting or exploring anywhere beyond the main path became useless.

One playthrough isn't enough?
Plus, you had to select items to be turned into omni-gel individually, which was a painfully slow process.
There was no fast way to sell tons of items either. The way they were organized in the shop window made it so you couldn't just click away to sell shit as quickly as possible because you could end up selling something good you actually wanted to use.
How about properly made inventory? Oh shit, now even I'm posting here :smithicide:
One playthrough isn't enough?
If you do nearly everything you'll have Spectre X available just before you do Virmire.
More muttonstache customisability options.
Srs bzness mode:
A inventory, but less clunky than it was in the first game. And a chance to actually fly the normandy in combat. Sorta like freespace/freelancer. But with sex happening inside. Apart from that i reckon this game is... dare i say close to perfection?
Fuck combat and inventory, I just want more dialog with your squad mates and party banter on missions.
.... Can it wait for a bit, I'm in the middle of some important calculations.
I want my squadmates to be able to do what they do in the cutscenes, specifically the biotics. We saw Samara kicking ass and throwing people everywhere when we first meet her, while in-game all she does is sit back and shoot people with her assault rifle while doing the occasional throw or pull.

It's called controlling their powers yourself.
You seriously play the game managing your own powers and that's it? What difficulty? I can't even fathom how someone could play anything higher than easy without managing the powers of their squadmates.

I actually control my squadmates a lot. It's just that while in-game the characters don't seem as magnificent as they do in the cutscenes. For example, they made Samara out to be some godlike biotic but in-game all she does is throw things and pull things with cooldown. I guess what I'm saying is that the characters should have more unique powers rather than just the ones that you unlock by doing their loyalty mission. Kasumi had her Shadow Strike ability which fir with her character pretty well while at the same time setting her apart from all of the other characters.

I finished ME2 on third difficulty (Hard?) with having my squad mates on Auto and never touching their powers. Never saw any need for that.
P.S. Played as Infiltrator with Widowmaker Sniper and Legions Shield Bosst power.
I want the ammo system from ME1 :saddowns:
I want the ammo system that was supposed to be in the game, very slow weapon cooldown with the option to replace the core to instantly cool it down, instead of regular ammo.

This would have made so much more fucking sense.
The ME2 ammo system is one of the reasons it felt more like an action game then a space opera.
I hope they dont make a third one

Oh they will, ME is a Trilogy.
Yay, another shitty game for people to fantasize on

Apart from a poorly designed inventory, I still don't see the problem.

I want them to realize that you can only have a "zerg-rush" enemy if they are EASY to kill.
Getting surrounded by 10 Husks completely keeps you from attacking.
Also, I want my favorite friend Garrus off of Calibration duty. :frown:

Wat.
Husks are incredibly easy to kill, even on Insanity. All you have to do is have a squadmember with unstable warp (like Thane or Miranda), one with some kind of area incineration power (either Mordin's incinerate or Zaeed's fire grenade), and one with a throw field (Jacob, Thane, whoever else). You should have at least one of those powers so your squad has all 3 abilities, including you.
I blew through the Reaper IFF mission easily on Insanity just using a simple Unstable Warp-Area Incinerate-Throw Field alternation between powers.

Speaking of which: I wish you could see people walking around your ship or doing something other than just sitting. Like Jacob going to the bar (and Kasumi flirting with him), Legion in the generator room, Grunt boxing air, Zaeed knife throwing, or something. Liven things up on the ship a bit.
I think they chose to make everyone sit still because they didn't want people to have to look for whoever they want to talk to. Them moving around the ship might work if they cut out the loading times between decks, but I know I'd get aggravated if I moved to a deck expecting Jacob to be at his spot only to find out he's on a different deck getting slammed, then have to sit through another loading screen to get there.

I don't use abilities too much, I have it set for squad members to automatically use them. Probably why, but oh well.
