Anyone notice how they're focusing more on adding new content than actually finishing the game up? As in fixing bugs, focusing on the games engine?

I wish this was possible with more games in general, where content is playable, passable as a game as is, but continues to gain new content under the guise of beta development though being available to the masses.
I may be late but they added wolves to the wiki:

I'm pretty sure Notch mentioned 50-50 ratio between fixing stuff and adding stuff on the blog post when he was founding Mojang.

Why "finish the game up" when they still have plenty of ideas that they want to implement? I think that they would begin to optimize the engine once they have all the ideas that they wanted to implement in place. Also, I am pretty sure that they are constantly trying to fix bugs whether or not they mention doing so.
It's a good idea to have a stable foundation before building on it

As most of us remember with the greyscreen sneak update :v:
Shit was so annoying.
I'd love to make some kind of animal farming in minecraft, that actually produces something, not just random fences and cows there.
I like Wolves.
i was really hoping the update would be today

Y-y-you mean it won't be...? :saddowns:
Bouncing here and there in the wiki, got in the creeper page.
It said that creepers will be the only mobs not attacked by wolves, but a citation was nedeed, so i guess it's nothing "official"
It's evening for me, the last update was in the evening (for me), so I think there's still a chance.
Still... My pc is not working properly, and minecraft is near impossible, since it has strange stuttering (play 10 seconds, game freezes for 30 seconds)

Well, so much for them ever being hostile if you attack them before taming them.

Maybe they'll be hostile only on anything other than peaceful.
I'm going to feel like shit when I get a wolf killed.

Something would happen along the lines of:
"KERRY! WHY?! WHY DID A CREEPER HAVE TO EXPLODE ON YOU?! WHY?! WHY?!"
/c.
Or, you know, revenge.

You can't get revenge on a creeper.
It's already dead.
