I went all the way to Oolacile just so I could PvP but I guess I'm too laggy to even find a host...
So now i'm invading at Anor Londo at level 50, as soon as i spawn in. This guy, don't know what he was wearing, all i know is that he was a magic user because i could see Crystallized Soul Mass surrounding him from afar. As soon as i spawn him he turns tail like a french man and runs off to the Gwyndolin room. Black Crystal out of that, i'm not going to play that game.
People seem to be easily baited by the R1 on the Large Club, no idea why

How come when some cunt invaded me, my Black seperation crystal did nothing?
Black crystal doesn't work on invaders. It'd be pretty stupid if it did.
Black Separation Crystal cannot save you from the inevitable doom that is the Darkwraith! Black Separation crystal only lets you banish you own summons, and to let you leave a world that you've been summoned to, or that you've invaded. It cannot save you when you're being invaded.
Facepunch duel night. It needs to happen.
this needs to happen we could totes do team battles or some shit too
i might get back into dark souls if we're going to have planned pvp events would be rad as fuck
All we need is a time, place and build guidelines. I'm open to any place suggestions, set it on a Saturday afternoon/night by US East Coast time in a few weeks, and any gimmicks you think would be fun are encouraged.
SL100, at the burg? we could restrict dark sorceries if we really really have to, but errything else should be fair game
Oh god fighting Quelaag while cursed was the biggest pain in the ass so far for me. One wrong move and I would be insta-killed. I don't even wanna say how long it took me to kill her... On the bright side, I traded in my Dragon Covenant for Chaos Covenant because fuck you dragons.
I'm talking more if you want piggu knights vs butchers, but for the first event I'd say a free for all would be best. Don't have it in the burg, go somewhere not so well used. SL100 PvP in New Londo would be odd, but pretty awesome.
I could join a PVP event. I'm lvl 110 though. :v:
my god, we should do ffa on the walkways of blighttown no one will survive
As much as I'd like team battles, they're significantly harder to organise. For the first event we do, we should keep it simple and just try to get something going before we move on.
I'm too high of a level to participate in any fantastic PvP event, and too lazy to create another character.
SL100, at the burg? we could restrict dark sorceries if we really really have to, but errything else should be fair game
Burg is a bad idea because it's so popular.
my god, we should do ffa on the walkways of blighttown no one will survive
Blighttown is a bad idea because with multiple people the FPS tanks :v:
Pretty obvious that Tomb of the Giants is the only option
Blighttown is a bad idea because with multiple people the FPS tanks :v:
goddamnit, that's right. still would be funny as hell though
Pretty obvious that Tomb of the Giants is the only option
fuck it lets just do it in lost izalith in the middle of the lava lake Probably would get much less people running in that aren't involved either :v: Though only downside is I don't have lordvessel on my NG+ character so it would be a bitch to get there. Also don't feel like starting a new character and run to get it as well. Though it could be fun to try and speed run to that part :v: [editline]11th March 2013[/editline] If only you could pvp in ash lake. That would be so boss
Is the big room before the Oolacile Township Dungeon bonfire considered too popular?
fuck it lets just do it in lost izalith in the middle of the lava lake
i like this idea, it's nice and wide open how many people could we get in at the same time?
The most I have ever seen is four.

The trick is finding a good soul level that everyone can comfortably hit, plus a place that won't suck to invade at. I'm a fan of dsg's place, the arena by the bonfire at the bottom of blighttown.

Well there's a bonfire down in the lava lake and the environment would make a great PvP hazard so I think we make it there. SL100, lava part of Lost Izalith, something like the 30th of March to give people time to make their build or earlier if we're all ready. Should be able to get a decent lot going, keep it as a free-for-all with everyone invading and PvPing as we go. I can probably do some recording but chances are it'll be a bunch of separate fights with everyone being disorganised so we wouldn't get it all on cam anyway.
yeah I'm on PC as well i say we just use CE for the builds, just honor system so it's not SL100 with all the skills at 99
