Use e on champions like you are trying to smite baron

Soraka is supporting when you don't feel like playing the game. Just heal your ADC every time his health goes down, force feed him mana, and tell him to play passive if he gets too ballsy.

I hate playing with 4-man premades most of the time. The ones that are nice and everything? Well I don't care at all. Just got into a game with the worst bunch of people I've met in a long while, all "friends" apparently despite screaming at each other.
