both janna and karma has a 10 sec cd on their shields, 6 with max cdr
in terms of best shield though I feel like Lux's is pretty borked
should also take into account that janna rarely buy ap while karma gets free ap and is usually played as ap carry if anything

HEAL: 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 / 115 / 135 + 5% (+1% per 50 AP) ally's missing health
so even if you have a whole 500 ap and your ally is missing 3000 hp it still only heals for 435
AP carry? Her late game is one of the worst things about her
If her ult applied to her spells all of the time late game she would have one decent ability and two above average abilities with no ult
