Newly beta testers don't get invites to give right away. I been in the beta for 2 weeks, and have no invites to give. Therefore, there is no chain to continue. Tbh, don't get too excited for the beta just yet. It's buggy, unoptimized, and less than a hour worth of gameplay/quests.

The latest patch is actually hell of a lot better than the previous 2 patches.

Oh, they changed the story, it looks like. The Arclight was supposed to make short jumps and take 8 days to get to Alpha Centauri, not 0 seconds. At least, according to their website.

Alright, NDA was lifted about an hour ago. I've been in the beta for about a month now, but Red 5 has said that we are to discuss the game as it is after the NDA has been lifted, not how it was before. But basically nothing has changed so far in my time with the game except some bug fixes. Currently about the only PvE content outside of about 5 tutorial style quests that introduce you to the game, is doing thumpers, grinding for loot drops, and crafting. In PvP there are a few different modes, the traditional TDM, there is one similar to conquest in the battlefield series, but on much smaller maps, and there is a mode similar to Rush in the recent battlefield games. There are a small number of PvP maps in the game at the moment. There are 2 more battleframes in the game than is shown on the Firefall website. On the website you have: Recon Medic Assault And the 2 others are: Engineer Dreadnought The engineer is similar to Team Fortress 2, in that it can put up a turret and other constructions And the dreadnought is a kind of tanking class that I would say is similar to the assault class in Global Agenda using a minigun, and has self shield type abilities. When you make a character, you don't choose the battleframe you will be using. You can switch between battleframes at battleframe stations in the game world, but each one you have to level up independently. The level cap is 15 right now, don't know if that will change or anything.
