Had a shitty tiring school day, come home to find out that I finally got a key.
Best day ever.
I never got invited,i asked some guy from the same country as me to give me a key possibly.
He replied that i was a decent member with a lot of posts.
Yeah.If i get myself a beta key,remind me to give it to one of you for free.

I know saying this won't help because if you're anything like me you want to try it for yourself, but this game is hardly even in beta. It's like a alpha test, the AI is dumb and there is hardly anything to do. The netcode is buggy as shit as well. I'm not complaining, it is a beta, but don't expect much if you do get into the beta. I predict it won't be anything significant until September at least, will probably be released some time after Christmas.
I got in this weekend, and I was able to FRAPS it at a decent fps, did a video with voiceover with just brief first impressions and explaining the very basic basics. I got footage from the very beginning, like the intro fly in and everything. Want me to share it? It's rendering atm.
Even on my email that has been signed up since november of last year didn't get a key.
Just hurry up and go open beta.

According to the chat it seems the dumb AI has just been fixed, though I can't say for sure.

Not yet although Aranhas Workers can still latch on to thumpers and Chosen will shoot sometimes
AI goes off and on daily. It's back up today.
at first play in my opinion it feels like an even more tedious gameplay-clone of borderlands.

k so after playing it for about ~2 hours at level 4 engineer, it's REALLY a lot like a more tedious version of borderlands, like holy shit everything needs so much bullets to kill.

So are there any vehicles in the beta? It seems pretty annoying to walk long distances and there's vehicle controls in the keybindings
I found Gliders but they're difficult to actually get off the ground with when your ping seems to be about 200+
No there are no vehicles. There probably won't be any for quite some time.

they are vehicles around map now, more than last patch ... they just can't be used yet
I really hope they fix the AI(again) soon. PVP is alright, but I enjoy thumping with groups of people more. I've started to see how many of the crab things I can kill with one swing of the scanner hammer(record is 8).

New patch released and it seems they have fixed the AI.

Oh god they weren't kidding, solo thumping is hard as shit now, even tiny thumpers.
I like this update, AI is fixed and gliding is much better now.
Buuut, solo thumping is extremely hard now, they should turn that down just a little.
That's this patch in a nutshell, the AI has been turned up to fuck level but ohmygodgliding

they all around map, several defunct sites and some working sites but none of them is drive-able
there is definitely more than 3 patches ago, so i assume they adding the 'spawn' spots

Well it turns out they didn't really fix the AI, it still loses intelligence over time

it's now possible easily get into the Harbour PVP zone with gliders
it's not possible get to the 2nd PvP zone inside the deadly zone
it's now possible from 2 towers fly over 75% of accessable map if you lucky on the start glide
now biggest fail, i can't glide to the spaceship wreck
also, why the HELL there is this Huge hill mushroom top accessable but nobody built there tower for gliding or at least bump jump point
in some camps and fortresses the jump point is LOWER than surrounding building, wtf designed that placement
How do you fix the towers anyways? I just can't figure it out.
They're not even supposed to be able to be fixed.
Anyway, there's a dispenser on the second floor of the towers, which has a press E (you have to hold it) which gives you a calldown beacon which you are supposed to use on the pad outside of the tower.
What are you waiting for? I'm reloading!
