FireFall - A Sci-Fi Action Shooter MMORPG... FOR FREE! - Games

So, I was wondering how you change class in this game. I wanted to be a dreadnought but I was sort of forced into Assault.

I'm kinda pissed off that I can't play with my friends. It's damn near impossible to actually play together without making 50 million characters.

I really like it so far, but I wish there was some page with info on how to actually play because the main quests aren't helping at all.

got two beta keys im willing to trade each one for games or a DOTA2 beta key

I just started today, but when I came into the city and swapped to a Dreadnaught I noticed that everyone was either Engineer or Recon. Are those classes more powerful or something?

Are those classes more powerful or something?[/QUOTE] The engineer is easily the most reliable class you can be. The turret takes care of most of the enemies so you level up extremely fast as well. It's not rare an engineer will lead the kills and the XP board when working in teams. They're like having a good medic in TF2, it makes a huge difference. The Recon has one hit kills weapon, plus, everybody likes sniping and shit.

Recon is way, way OP in PVP, and the Engineer can basically solo tiny thumpers, maybe a light if they are [I]really[/I] good.

Assault is pretty useful too because of his AoE attacks

Assault with Crater is ridiculous at PVE

Anyway to help with the lack of this running decently? Dosen't matter what settings, apparantly, because changes does not help.

They haven't gotten around to optimising it properly yet so not many people can run it properly.

God damn recons and their fucking fast sniper rifles. The Harbor TDM map is impossible to play without getting sniped to death.

I find it pretty nice I can run this on a windows XP 32 bit system with 2 Gig of RAM. The only thing I have that's remotely good in this computer is my ATI GFX card (HD 5700) I mean, medium quality, but it still runs fine. The only problem is some server side lag.
