https://beta.firefallthegame.com/invites
So anyone happen to have a spare invite?
Technicians gets the most exp in PvE thanks to their turrets and stuff.. Not to mention their repair stations renders medics useless. Now equip a GL secondary and there you go, assault is useless too. I can't see any reasons not to play technician. No wonder they are the only class that can solo thumpers successfully.
Played PvP for a few hours, got assault and recon and medic up a few levels, had no idea how to equip any of the new things that i got because they weren't in that loadout modification center. Asked around in chat since there's no tutorial in-game of any sort and i needed some materials which i had plenty of, but apparently no one in the chat could figure out how to equip any of it either or use the materials to equip any of the stuff you get from PvP. Was sitting at a merchant seeing if possibly there were some options in there and accidentally right clicked on one of the "nanoprints" or whatever the fuck they are for the PvP items i had and it just magically disappears. There's no buy back options at merchants and i didn't get anything for it, it just disappeared. Honestly i think one of their first priorities should be to put more or less a little bit of a tutorial in so people could get the basics of it to do what they're supposed to do, test. If half the people were stuck like me and couldn't figure out how to equip a single PvP item how the hell are they supposed to get any further to test anything else Needless to say, could someone care to explain how in the fuck i equip any of the things you unlock in PvP so i can enjoy it a little more? I don't want to be stuck with the first weapons and armor i get for the duration of the beta
You probably talk about nanoprints. Craft items out of them on craft bench or whatever.
So when you level up from playing PvP, you get nanoprints, which you then have to use some materials which you also get from PvPing on a craft bench in some unknown location so that you can actually craft them and use them? God damn why is that so much more complicated than just giving me the items at a vendor. And the fact that there's no tutorial or hints of any sort in-game makes things so much more frustrating :(
And the fact that there's no tutorial or hints of any sort in-game makes things so much more frustrating :(
I find it annoying that the vendors sell nanoprints for items that you get given in the first 20 minutes. Calling a nanoprint "Light thumper" with a description "unlocks tiny thumper" annoys me because I almost bought and spent the 7000 to research and develop it. But then it is still a beta so I can't really be too annoyed at something that im in to improve. For all we know they have a new, clearer system that sorts any annoyances out.

How many of you guys have gotten to be a part of the beta?
How many of you guys have gotten to be a part of the beta?
Should we do it like this? 1
Everyone who isn't begging for an invite, so I'd say about 3 or 4
That was less then I'd thought.
I'm exaggerating because it seems like every other post is someone asking for a key, there's maybe 7-15 of us
Ah, so you have one yourself, do you? How is it?
Been in the beta for a while now
I'm exaggerating because it seems like every other post is someone asking for a key, there's maybe 7-15 of us
wow, we're fucking special. still im giving out beta invites to any facepuncher that asks when i have those. i almost got a cs:go invite for it but i decided to be a bro to a fellow facepuncher who asked earlier.
I'm okay with that, the more polishing the better the game I guess. But then again my model of expectation for free games is quite different. They can rush release because there's really no consequences to it, it's not like you pay money for it. But I guess the better it is at release, the more people will keep playing it afterwards which is good for an MMO. [editline]21st May 2012[/editline]
still im giving out beta invites to any facepuncher that asks
Fuck it, I never ever ask for stuff but that's probably why I never get into betas either, so this time I'm gonna ask.
-snip-
By the way. How do you get invite keys? I though you can only send invites to email.
LUM0X-8SAVH-FCMTU-XDTF0
Yoink, if you don't mind. I'll post an invite here whenever I get one.
Argh why did I go to get that yoghurt. [editline]21st May 2012[/editline] At least it's a good yoghurt. I'll name it after a president I think.
I've been in beta for about a month or so. Once I get more invites I'll slap them here.
Well on behalf of everyone who gets keys, we really appreciate it.
So, got an invite and nobody to give it to. Who wants one?

Invite sent, have fun.
Invite sent, have fun.
I love you now.
Don't mind me, just [del]begging[/del] patiently waiting for an invite from [del]one of you guys[/del] the website.
