I applied in like early '11 and then completely forgot about it for a little over a year before getting accepted into the beta

Creec invited me to beta because he's great, and it looks like my non-FP friend had an invite for me but forgot to tell me about it. So if anybody needs an invite still, I can get you in using his invite that was originally meant for me from my non-FP friend. edit: sent it to bael edit: my friend is dumb

If you want to get a key post on their forums a lot,maybe find a general chat thread. I got mine from Balkan chat thread from the OP because i had like 100 posts and had an account that is longer than 2 moths.

Is it just me or are Biotechs unbalanced in PVP? I keep seeing matches where a duo of biotechs rush in, spam poison trail and rack up tons of kills. Or am I missing a decent counter towards them?

Anyone have an extra code they are willing to part with?

The tree ruins all mystery about how you will go. Before your level just indicated what things you could use, now it determines what you will use. There's no wonder in finding new equipment, or another assault rifle that has 2% higher fire rate than your current one. Once I look at the tree I plan how where I'll go, it's all out in the open. I heard at level 2 that your you can "blend" stuff together, but I don't think that'll match to my enjoyment the system prior to the tree.
