Hey Kelazun, what happened to baneclaw

Baneclaw didn't happen.

Not enough people?

Didn't feel like doing it was too tired that day. Probably will do it on the weekend, I could probably craft another MAN later on. Also I have been in about 13 fights, 4 of them failed and I now believe that waiting for the update would be better.

Also looks like there is a bug in the servers that sometimes mobs or events dont give you xp

Killing it gives you lost of xp and resources and if you are the builder of the man you get a hat.

Baneclaw is a big boss, killing it gives 30000xp. And it gives the summoner a nice hat. Also, I see Green signed up for today's Baneclaw killing, perhaps if enough people here agree to come I might also summon mine...

I'd like my first try to be a success so as many experienced people as possible need to be there haha!

Here's a few things one should know when fighting a baneclaw. 1. Don't be a recon. 2. Dreads get the Rhino frame, Astrek HMG and Astrek Turretmode and always shoot the baneclaw in the head. The head hitbox never moves. 3. Get elemental ammo. 4. Assaults keep the Hellclaws away from immobilized dreads and hunt them when the Rageclaw is shielded. 5. Only medics revive and should only focus on healing. 6. Bastion engineers provide ammo to Dreads. 7. When the Baneclaw is immune, don't shoot it, and stay out of circles with crystals and smoke. 8. There are only 5 minutes for the whole battle, before melding retreats. 9. If your framerate is below average after the battle, relog. 10. If the health counter jumps to a small amount and stops at 0%, ignore it and just keep shooting.

And get triage for maximum revival. Heavy armor reduces Bane's 900 damage attack to nothing. Mammonth doesn't have Astrek TurretMode, just get the best one you can.

did about 3 baneclaws earlier today all failed, I'm worried mine might fail too! Lets hope Skarthy's group is a good one.

Also from what I've heard the squads that Skarthy puts together, most are from an army or pretty experienced, his last run got 11 successes. I think it'll go well tonight. Quick question should I fire with the explosive rounds? I can't tell if it does more damage.
