The disclaimer about the dev build possibly hindering your experience was true allright, multiplayer games are now seemingly unplayable until bis get around to rolling out another patch.

It'd be nice if they'd optimize the damn MP. I'm sick and tired of having a low-ass FPS with constant game freezing.

So I just joined my first public MP server and it was the COOP escape from Stratis with 9 other players. I spawn, walk to a teammate who is prone and ask where everyone else is. He then screams "WAR IS HELL" and shoots me in the head.

Infiltration mission is coming along well. Diary and tasks for blowing up the transmitter tower and motorpool have been set up, and I'm working on adding the HVT. Then I just need to add extraction unless I decide to prolong it, we'll see.

Let's not let this thread devolve into something that belongs in Games In Progress. Half the new posts are "join ts" "lol game toniegt" Calm down and make a GIP thread. If someone really wants to play, they'll find it. I like meaningful questions and discussion.

Besides, this is a multiplayer game so almost all of the posts are going to be about someone joining a server or playing somewhere, ARMA isn't all that fun as a SP game. I'll try setting one up and setting the description like that using the new system and I'll get back to you.
