does anyone know how to make an object/building burn? i tried [this,10,time,false,false] spawn BIS_Effects_Burn but i get an error saying "Type Script, expecting nothing" i already put the thing in my init.sqf as well [editline]9th March 2013[/editline] btw thanks for the response cuel
the BIS_Effects_Burn is not included in a3 alpha, or they renamed it, dunno which one

I did a 10 player Escape from Stratis that lasted 2 hours yesterday. We went from outpost to outpost taking down OPFOR and stealing cars and shit which ended in a huge firefight over thefiring range and our escape from the island. Most of us had mics and it was absolutely incredible. I'm sure it was a fluke and I won't have another experience like that but it sold me on the idea that ArmA3 could be just as fun as any of the arcady modern warfare shooters as long as people put in a bit more effort. Completely sold me on the game.

Set "Special" to Flying, but I'm not sure if this applies to the A3 editor though.

I've been playing since OFP, but this is the first time guns actually feel powerful and weighty to me. Also, does anyone else feel that it's harder to hit stuff than in ArmA 2? I have to shoot a lot more to hit something than before, not that it's a bad thing though.

Bought it a few hours ago, money well spent. Even for an alpha this is great. Wasteland already is a blast and nowhere near is all the content of the game in. Can't wait to see the finished product!

Is there any mission pack mod? I'd love to do some stuff in arma. Or some fun SP gamemodes. Anything really :v: Also, any 3d editor? Oh, oh and tanks. I'd love tanks. And infinite ammo. Oh god there's just so much potential in Arma.

Man that scuba gun sucks. I had a better chance surviving using pistols than that gun
