A3 is fantastic. Just saying. Had an awesome time playing last night with a group of people quickly throwing missions up in the editor. The OFP/ARMA series is one of my favourite, but A3 just adds those missing elements it needed.

People need to get off their asses and set up signature checks, i never saw that kind of shit on servers that have it enabled, if you're going to host a big server it's absolutely necessary to have it since cheating will be only one of your problems.
I just want to chill on a random domination server, but all these god damn wasteland servers make it hard.

Not really. Anyway question about the Helicopter Transport support option When the chopper that you call in lands and picks you up, what is the safest way to find a place to drop off? Cuz I've found that if you click the wrong area anywhere the chopper straight up won't land and will just hover infinitely leaving you stuck.

Not sure if it works in ARMA 3 though (or even if it ever worked in ARMA 2, I'm just working off the fact that the AI made its top priority landing on the helipad).

I'm talking about the Support Module for Helicopter Transport. Its an actual module that you sync a chopper to, call it in with the comms menu, and when you get in it it lets you click a place to drop you off. Except if you choose unwisely the chopper straight up won't land.

One thing I've noticed is that Magazine models still seem to be tied to the base weapon. When I load 30rnd or 100rnd mags into the MX it looks the same.
Anyone know the full release date for arma 3? i'm considering buying arma 3, and want to know how much time i would have to get it while it's only 20 pounds
Is it just me or does anyone else freeze for about a ten to fifteen seconds when a firefight begins or they encounter a damaged building?
