That won't be of a problem. The game is fairly simple and accessible, the only thing you should remember is, don't shot civilians. Other than that, everything is Call of Duty like.

Urgh my game doesn't want to start.
It shows a black screen for 1 second and then it ctd's
I'll be waiting in the chat room until the event starts. Hopefully I'll be able to get into a game with somebody.

Try to close down Steam, go to your Payday: The Heist folder and go to redist and launch that PhysX thing. There was something about the game not liking beta version of PhysX.

I did this + unplugged unused usb devices and restarted my pc and now it works!

are the controls on the PC version as shit as they are on the PS3 version because I tried a demo on the PS3 and Jesus fucking Christ

We need a map where we can actually drive the getaway cars. Two vans, two guys per each, one driving and one shooting. All making a mad dash through some roads and shit.
Even if it sounds rather cliche, I'd want a train heist. It needs to be moving too, that would be sweet.

Yeah that moment was when there was a bulldozer in the bank, near the drill. Then I ran up the stairs to get away from him and ran into 3 tazers. I was like...WELP! This is over!
Got another Payday video. In the beginning the bots decided to shoot everyone before the heist started.

Yesterday night, I had the fucking big diamond in my hands. I sneaked through, the codes actually WORKED, I cut the glass while still not being detected... but right when I picked it up, the AI threw down 2 tazers, 3 cloakers, and a fucking bulldozer to tip it off... right inside the vault. All my bot teammates were still in the office.
I was mad. Very very mad.

Well, you got lucky with the codes and the diamond but you didn't with the enemies. I guess it's a tie.
I never actually knew what the big diamond even was until I saw a video. Never got the chance to have it in my game.

Re-install PhysX drivers
Bizzare round on Diamond Heist.
Guy playing Chains crashed while the game was loading and so Chains spawned as this:

Then about a minute in while sneaking a Chains bot spawned on the other guy and proceeded to walk into all the guards.
Then for the rest of the game the AI behaved really weirdly which led to this:

And then the bot walked out of the room after helping me up, ignored the Cloakers, then the Cloakers beat me up again.

Maybe have all in one van instead? Driver, shotgun and 2 guys covering from the back.
