Something I've thought of recently is, why stop at America and it's Police?
I think there should be instances where we get to steal from other rich around the world. Like breaking into the mansion of of South American Cartel Kingpin to steal away some of his fortune, battling his minions, everything from their run of the mill gangsters (replacing cops, light swat) to their soldiers (replacing heavy swat) to their commandos (replacing specialist swat). Maybe the next hit could be over in Asia, or the Middle East, robbing some Dictator and fighting the his Body Guards and Military who try to stop us.

Plenty of games and movies feature cartels and / or dictators in various parts of the world who get fucked over in some way.
I think they should remove rep and upgrades and implant a blackmarket store where you can spend money on new guns and accessories like a 4-16x scope and a m203 grenade launcher for the M4(or is it m16?) and buy better parts for guns like in hitman bloodmoney

but people make that amount of money in FWB on normal so it'll take no time to get said scope/upgrade, and with other new weapons from the blackmarket it'll keep the game fresh and be adding new content to the game.

rep level could used to unlock better stuff at the blackmarket while it still unlock the guns it does now
anyone who has XX upgrade will still have XX upgrade
I just sat with my team for 15 minutes waiting for the drill in the bank to finish only to find that whenever you unjam it, the timer resets itself. I've had the same thing happen with the chopper pilot in Panic Room where he kept on screaming "clear the roof" for 30 minutes.

i didn't mean that it's hard to get that amount of money, it would just be silly to pay that much for upgrades
if it's too cheap everyone would get everything after two heists and you're not gonna spend the money else where anyway

I think personally that I agree with Nintendo, it sounds really dumb to pay 200+ grand on a holographic sight or a better muzzle on your gun.
