Ah, I understand. That's what I did last time but it just felt lame that hordes of cops came immediately but I guess that's how it plays out it was still more interesting than going in guns blazing.

The biggest challenge is my damn computer though, it seems my 560 is incompatible with this game and thus I'm plagued with unsolvable issues...

You tell them to stop and get on the ground. [sp]everybody do the dinosaur?[/sp] There are three, One in the room with the elevators, One behind the desk and one in the hallway you can see from the desk. If you bring extra zip-ties keeping them under control shouldn't be too hard. A few doctors might try to rush it but if you are quick you can tell them to stop.
Shout at them and bind them.
How to catch easy cop hostages for dummies.
1. Make sure you're not in an assault.
2. Melee cop once, shout at him to get on the floor.
3. Kill him if he continues to shoot at you.
4. If he gets on his knees and drops his guns, make him put his cuffs on.
Easiest hostages, especially late game when there's barely any civilians left.

Also I don't mean to be condescending but console versions are NEVER going to get as much ongoing support as PC versions. That's the nature of the platform.

i mean i think it was first announced as a ps3-exclusive but obviously that changed at some point and the PS3 and PC versions released at almost exactly the same time.

I preordered it expecting some amount of support for the console it was being marketed to, but I guess things change, sucks that my PC is 8 years old and I have no money for an upgrade, and the only Laptop I have access to has Intel graphics and 2gb of ram, so I can't really run it on PC
