Any shots to his head, whether it be from the back, side, top, whatever, will break the visor and do the additional head damage.

His eyes just seem so sad. Maybe he's lonely being one of the few special units of his kind and often sent in alone to boot. I think Bulldozers should come in packs of at least a dozen so they have more friends.

I always found Diamond Heist to be the most easiest one, once you learn how to Disable all the alarm boxes before the alarm goes off.
Heat Street and Green Bridge are probably the toughest and most frustrating.
Heat Street because the cops never stop spawning unless you reach their spawners (which involves running through hails of gunfire against all reason), and Green Bridge because it has no front lines (cops come in choppers, down the street, up the street, over the side, everywhere but out from under your feet).
Green bridge is easy if you get past the Sawing shit at the beginning, Heat Street is a whole different story though.

Sawing is the easy part. The escape sequence is what sucks. Especially if you happen to be so unlucky that the prisoner gets picked up on the first try.
