I'm very against those masks too, but let's not open that can of worms. People seemed to have disagreed with my earlier post that it's great to provide dedicated players with this challenge. I can understand thinking the ARG isn't put together well, because frankly it isn't, but I don't see the problem in getting involved with the community. What are your thoughts, everyone?
I'm guessing this isn't a free game. :< How much is it? I saw RT play it and it looked like fun.

I have aboslutely NO idea if this unlocks the 4 masks you see, if this is the only way to unlock them then that's fucking lame.
Entering the vault unlocks the Tester achievement/challenge, but it doesn't give you the masks. If you want the masks, you need to record your successful attempt and send it to Overkill at the e-mail provided to prove you did the challenge without cheats and without exploits (i.e. hiding under the desk in the manager's office for two hours). The deadline is December 8, one month from yesterday.
Also, those screenshots don't really show how the room is filled with gold:

Kind of weird that you need to send them the video but not like they haven't made strange choices about how to unlock masks before.

I would probably say no since the screenshot Marphy Black showed has Hoxton wearing the Soundtrack mask but I can't 100% confirm this.
Does the fault show up randomly or just on a certain difficulty?

Can't express how badly I would love to be playing this on PC instead of PS3.
I still haven't even gone through Diamond Heist without alerting a guard yet though, so I still have some things to experience first hand in this game. I only play occasionally now. I got to like level 96 today. Before I lost all my PS3 data, I was around level 120.
It's probably known to most of you guys, but today I was playing with some high level guys and they were working on this Green Bridge exploit where only 1 person on the team deals with the Prisoner fetching and the rest of you sit on the crate basically right behind the spawn point at the start. I guess it lowers the amount of NPCs that show up so that the guy doing all the work only deals with a handful of NPCs, while even less NPCs come towards the rest of the team.
The guy doing the grunt work always would get downed though. We were playing on OVERKILL difficulty, so it was understandable.
No way in hell i'm doing that. What the christ. 2 hours of any game is too much for me most of the time, and this is no exception.
Alright so are we getting together for this?
I'm down for playing for 2 hours, I wouldn't mind playing it with someone. Anyone?

I don't think the whole thing is worth it at all. Two hours, requires everybody to have golden masks, 145+ difficulty, you also need to record, and send the video in to be eligible for the masks I believe. It seems both artificially difficult, and too monotonous to make me consider that it shows anything other than you have the patience to sit around waiting for a drill to finish in two hours. And then you have to enter a code on tiles (which if you get wrong, you have to start the whole thing over again).
The whole execution leading up to this has also been bad. Bo's hints, and ramblings were poor, and nonsensical. Would you believe this whole secret was conceived under the belief that there was a way to do Counterfeit stealthily? Look at what it is now.

I actually think they're very nice masks, I'm not overly keen on Dallas' but the others are neato.
