• Mass Effect Megathread: Electronic Skills Still Too Low

Well, I'm glad that I'm presently not buying the Citadel DLC, not that I don't like what I see, but because my present Human Supremacist character is liable to get most of the cast killed before I can even be able to start the DLC :v:
[sp]you where is best and most likely ONLY friend, and you let him die all alone in a cold sterile hospital with no-one by his side.[/sp] how could you...
[sp]I'd assume his son is there if you did his loyalty mission in 2[/sp]
Was I the only one who ran into Wrex at the Citadel bar, complaining about blue balls and the line of women outside his home as far as you can see? Fucking hysterical. Oh, and I just watched Garrus and Femshep's big [sp]dancing scene[/sp]. Most heartwarming thing ever. Garrus is my bro for life.
Finished the Mass Effect 1 playthrough. I never really liked the ending in how they emphasized that humanity lost so many in saving the Council. Either way they were going to lose a lot. Also, best soundtrack so far
I love that song so much.
Jesus [sp]Joker's story about the him in the Atlas had my clenching my sides I was laughing so hard[/sp] [sp]It's jokin' time![/sp]
I'll miss everyone. Maybe in 20-30 years computers will be advanced enough to be able to automatically create content for games and modding games will be infinitely easy and we can have more mass effect with these characters. Yknow.
Is the Citadel DLC going to be available for the Wii U version of ME3?
It's too big apparently
jesus fucking christ I can't believe Bioware still hasn't patched that Eva Core bug where if you have a weapon too powerful you have to restart the level because you do TOO much damage to her and the cutscene won't trigger Good luck to me since I have the krogan pistol, black widow and was using the Cerberus Mattock which starts unreloaded in that sequence for some fucking reason

There are two different versions though. This one, and the one playing when you are rescuing Tali, with a more techno-feel to it. Did you play ME2 and ME3 yet? Hopefully they will fix it soon.
Has anyone ever done Cerberus themed retextures for ME2? It feels like someone should have.
That bit about the drell kicking the air for no reason had me in absolute stitches I love how they've suddenly become self-aware
Played 2 platinum games today (first platinum ever), full extraction both time.. Gonna try Cerberus and Collectors tomorrow.
I haven't touched ME3 since i finished Levathian, is the Citadell DLC worth it?
That happened to me too, annoying as hell. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
Pretty certain they won't. It's been there since release.
I purchased my first Reserves Pack and got a Turian Ghost with a Geth Engineer. How do I play as them?

[sp]I just beat james pull up bar record. That was the more boring thing ever.[/sp]
So I finished the citadel DLC last night, and I'll post my general thoughts on it. The main conspiracy plot part is so bad that it's good. A huge problem with ME3 is that it had way too many parts lacking in quality, but it tried to take itself seriously. As a result, the game was just depressingly bad more often than not. The conspiracy part just throws seriousness out the window. It took around 2 hours to beat. Although, if it were the only part of the DLC, it wouldn't have been that special. The highlight is the character interaction stuff after. Remember I said it took around 2 hours to beat the main plot of the DLC? I'm pretty sure I spent 3-4 hours just talking to people afterwards. Of all the problems with ME3, the lack of characters hurt the most. This DLC goes a long way to bring the feels back. The biggest shortcomings of the DLC don't really even have to do with the DLC itself. It's just that it could never fix all of ME3's problems. I could say that I'm still pretty upset with the rest of ME3 because it's never going to be that good, but it's not really in the scope of the DLC anymore. I can't fault it for not fixing what really can't be fixed (without reworking major parts of the game). For what character interaction and stuff is in the DLC, it's really nice. The party at the end is easily the highlight of all ME3, and a highlight for the trilogy. This is literally the happiest I've ever been with ME3's content.
[sp]I would've liked to save the shepard clone, he would've been a cool squadmate, with all the same powers as you an such[/sp] [sp]Fucking Christ if you're an Insanity Vanguard good luck fighting him, he uses biotic charge and nova every 2 fucking seconds[/sp]
Just finished Omega. I remember, Aria was going to kiss\hug Shepard (in the trailer), but nothing happened to me. To do so, i should do renegade choices?
I'm not that far into the Citadel and I already really, really like the direction Javik took. He's more like I thought he would be from the beginning.
i was looking at the art of mass effect and i wish that harbinger and some of the older reapers looked like that
Man Citadel was fucking amazing. I love how it never took itself seriously, like it was trying to just be a comedy the whole way through. Was a great change of pace from the doom and gloom of the Reaper invasion, which I imagine was the point of "shore leave".
Out of them all, this track hits me in the feels. A lot. Never forget.

The second I listen to it, I fall in love all over again.
Loved the Piano version.
Loved the Piano version.
I heard about that, Liara playing the piano. Especially seeing she's my Shepards LI, I'm pretty excited about it. Downloading Citadel right now.
