Rannoch is a nice place.
Is ME3 worth 10 bucks for the multiplayer? (i have a used copy on the ps3)
The ps3 version has serious issues.
I'm a little dicey on the details of Texmod. I found some great retextures of the Cerberus armors (Ajax and regular), but if using texmod will get me banned then I'll deal with the insignias. Anyone here use it?
If you do graphics, keybinding or sound replacement they won't ban you.
I want to read the wiki and learn some stuff about the lore, but i'm afraid of reading spoilers...
same thing happened with deus ex and tes

Just read the ingame codex. A lot of the info on the wiki is directly from that.

Oh thank god, I thought I was just being picky.
Pretty sure I just finished the combat part of Citadel. Top moments so far:
[SP]-"This is team Prothean, and I have a higher kill count than both of you."
-Wrex piledriving a shuttle.
-Grunt's story
-"I should go" [/SP]
Plus a bunch more, but you guys have heard most of it.
Hell, this entire DLC is quotable.
Edit: Oh, and the toothbrush.

Although the ME Wiki is relatively good about letting you know what articles have spoilers, it's a much better experience to just play through the games first.
Has anyone else been getting absolutely terrible Multiplayer lag recently? Me and my friend have been playing and no matter which one of us is the leader it's only somewhat better for them and still bad for the other. Playable, yes. Preferable, not at all. We have our ports forwarded and shit. Is it just us or what?
No, the servers have been ass since friday.
Probably they scaled back the number of matchmaking servers, and then this resurgence stuff hit, and the weekend crowd is larger than they expected.
DLC finished...
yeah I'm gonna go and play it all a second time right now.
beat ME3 for the first time last night, no DLC
was that last bit (after the teleport) written in a fever dream or something? character motivations, writing, visual, and just overall game quality just went completely out the window. Was really kinda disappointing, especially after the endings to ME2 and ME1...
also, why the hell [sp]was the Normandy going mid-warp, anyway? Wasn't there a war on? And where the hell is the crew now? Some random jungle planet? Is this where ME4 takes place or something? Or did I miss some symbolism with the location[/sp]

I think you shouldn't bother trying to understand it all. Bioware surely didn't bother writing it all in the first place.

The Extended Cut helps to answer most of that, but the ending is indisputably the weakest part of the game.

...probably should have actually bought the DLC but I just watched the extended "blue" ending on youtube.
Why did it take a DLC for them to add that to the game? I mean, it doesn't fix the fact that the ending sucks, but it does at least bump it to "almost acceptable".
Wrex: In the old days, at least we had 5 minutes before a mission went south!
So true.
And Javik, plain comedy gold.
[editline]10th March 2013[/editline]
[sp]Merc: Shit, they've got a Krogan! Why don't we have a Krogan?
Wrex: Wouldn't want to be you, princesses! Hahaha!
Merc: And there's a Prothean!
Javik: And there is a future corpse![/sp]

Because their ending created one of the largest fan backlashes ever. They had to repair it, but at the same time not lose their faces. That's why all the bullshit and plotholes (they call it "artistic integrity") are still there.

I highly doubt that Reserves Pack has higher character chances.

The best thing to do is just ignore it, decide what your Shepard would have done, and go with that. Besides, it's not like the ending has any actual plot importance. There were multiple endings, each changing the galaxy in different ways, there's no way bioware would go near that with a new game.
If anybody wants to have a go at the 2nd tier of the operation sometime today add me on steam.
Was I the only one expecting the Crucible to turn the Citadel into pretty much a giant cannon?
Like no starchild or anything just attach, direct its energy through the Citadel relay and blow the reapers right the fuck up.
Yeah, I figured it would be something like that. What a fool I was.
I just tried out the Geth Tank on Gold twice and I love blocking every single troublesome enemy for my teammates.
Is it possible to do the same on platinum?
Yeah, I figured it would be something like that. What a fool I was.
now we have to spend all day crying about the endings because you plugged in the bioware

When starbrat was revealed, I hoped that Crucible is a giant bomb. Fuck Earth, fuck Shepard, fuck everything, just blow this smug little shit out of existance.

I like to believe canonically reaper shepard sent all the reapers to steal green drinks from every bar
Just found this. Fuck.

Okay, playing the DLC. So far the worst thing about is Brooks.
Finished last DLC. Man, it is the greatest thing in the history of mankind, i have never had so much fun. Enjoyed every minute of it. And the party. Oh boy. I just dont have words, it was awesome. Made a relaxed party, gonna try another.
I really loved how they introduced DLC. The characters, humor, funny conversations.

Also have some question: [sp]At what moment can i invite my LI?[/sp] I didnt have such options, but i see many videos on youtube with their LI's and some other stuff...
Check your email before the party/there's an option on the message terminal to invite people up. Some LI's don't come up tot he apartment for their scene, eg Garrus.
Garrus has his wonderful 10/10 scene at the club. The invite-up email things seemed to come in batches for me, so keep checking them once you've exhausted them.
