Was there a cover mechanic in ME1? I really don't remember, I always activated marksman and shoot everything with my pistol.
Yeah, but I hardly used it.
I can't say I minded me1's combat at all, and I've professed my love of the mako buggy before Your squad were dumb as a box of inbred rocks though
I can't remember many instances in ME1 where I used cover. Playing Vanguard with Garrus and Wrex or Garrus and Tali at my back, as dumb as the AI was, made things pretty easy. But there was a point when I played Pinnacle Station where all the fucking enemies would use invincibility and had a shitload of health, so it was almost impossible to beat the time high score. I'd shoot a dude, and he'd then become invincible for like 10 seconds.
Does anybody know how to invite the members like Miranda and Kaiden to spend time with you at the Silversun? There's no phone or anything. NEVERMIND
I literally had a moment on Feros where both of my mates just stopped in the corridor, blocked me from escaping (and any moment at all) and the Krogan rammed me until I died. Weird.

That is fucking perfect.
183 [sp]pull-ups for James[/sp] Oh and Grunt's [sp]fucking 'birthday party' was fucking hilarious[/sp]
I wish I could unlock interesting characters, the only thing I can play above bronze is the Human engi, and I don't have any other characters that I want to level up.
When I played Multiplayer, all I used was Salarian infiltrator.
Tech armor detonations seem useless, they do no damage and the stun is unreliable.
Meanwhile in Mass Effect 1 Shepard finds a new outfit that makes him 100% more menacing! [IMG_THUMB]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/541829240044253195/7345FFB0531F110F5518BAC0A401D3CF64086A82/[/IMG_THUMB] ...or not
That is literally my favorite armor in the entire franchise. I bet you think I'm joking too. I just spent all day doing my renegade play through wearing nothing but that. [t]http://fc03.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2013/075/3/d/shep__by_catmanmovies-d5yato5.jpg[/t] ^That shit right there is my wallpaper now too. You may laugh now, but when I run you over in the Mako I'll be the one laughing. We all know black, orange, and 1980's Macintosh grey is the best color scheme in the galaxy.
Mordin's [sp]recording in the morning.[/sp] :gonk: Oh man..that soundtrack at the very end too....
Mordin's [sp]recording in the morning.[/sp] :gonk: Oh man..that soundtrack at the very end too....
[sp]AmaaaaaaaziiIIIng Graaaaaace, how sweeeeeet, the sound.[/sp] Why Bioware ;_;
Hale was pretty terrible half the time in ME2 IMO, but otherwise I like her better.
Mark Meer is at his best when he's doing space guidance-counselor/ghandi. Hale is at her best doing heartless space bitch of doom.
Apart from all the Reaper clutter, I'd rather like to have Bryson's lab as my living space on the citadel. It's a beautiful environment.
Mordin's [sp]recording in the morning.[/sp] :gonk: Oh man..that soundtrack at the very end too....
[sp]Still want to know if he shows up, or if anything is different, if he lives.[/sp]
Welp, just did a whole trilogy's worth of purely loyal, no adulterizing romantic interest involving Liara. I have to say, she takes the cake on Romance despite her never being on any posters.
Yes, I can't imagine why Casey's favorite character would have the most interactions. A conundrum, it is.
Plot armor.
Plot armor.
Now that your squad leaves before the run to the beam isn't she the only squadmate that can't die in the whole trilogy? Aside from ones introduced in ME3 like Vega.
Hehe
I just played Bring Down the Sky, haha
Welp, just did a whole trilogy's worth of purely loyal, no adulterizing romantic interest involving Liara. So, I've been getting this error code "nu2001", and I can't buy anything from the ME3 store. Honestly not a big problem, but still a bit of a problem. Anyone here have it as well?
Run it by EA support, I'm sure they'd appreciate you breaking up the monotony of being bombarded with Sim City hatred.
Run it by EA support, I'm sure they'd appreciate you breaking up the monotony of being bombarded with Sim City hatred.
Is it really worth the hour wait, though? I mean, I probably should use that time waiting to finish homework, but...
One thing I don't like about ME series, is since you can choose the first name, no-one can use it. So you're closest friends and LIs just refer to you as Commander or Shepard. Its weird.
Was doing Thane's loyalty mission... after you run into the guy in the stock room, the game just stopped with the camera looking at the door, and a constant loop of Thane telling me to keep up with the turian. I'M TRYING THANE SHUT UP
Oh my god, I forgot how buggy the fight with Matriarch Benezia is. First time through, I got thrown into a corner and was just stuck there until I spontaneously died. Then, every time I crouched, Shepard would fly up like 5 feet in the air and be unable to move, eventually causing me to get stuck in the ceiling.
