It will recognize Minecraft, in-browser or not, as a recordable application.
If you're using Vista or later you can also record the full desktop, for applications that refuse to be recognized.

I don't think everyone has to live in the city, but most people are just planning for it ahead of time.
I know that I'll be wandering outside of the city, doing whatever, and I'll come visit occasionally.

I was looking forward to the Facepunchia server just being a free world, where you can do what you want as long as you don't piss off people in the main cities, or grief. I like the idea of "starting city area" but the idea of planning out each individual house, applying strict regulations and encasing it in stone walls makes it more Auschvits than El Dorado.

How do you guys dig by the way?
I usually set up my mines like this :

First level I dig like the left one, next level I dig like the one to the right and I alternate until I hit rock bottom, one "pixel" (it's two pixels but you get the point) is one block so I always dig two blocks wide in a straight line.
This makes it possible for me to mine a large area without having to dig up everything, and in case the walls I dig are filled with ore I can just strip it without having to dig around the area to get to the ore.
The darker gray in the bottom right one is to show the lanes I make that you can see in the top right one.

:tiphat: But in all reality me and a few other users (of whom I have sadly forgotten the names of, sorry) Fleshed out those ideas. I would love to run a 24 hour server, but I do not believe I have the hardware for it. I would have the rules I posted a while ago. Many people will have jobs. But these jobs will change for whats needed. However if Sickle is willing to host a server, more power to him. But if hes not the one hosting, just dont listen to his rules, if he tries to enforce jobs.
It's too pad plates can't be locked by switches (like other switches can be locked by switches), otherwise you could have a minefield with an on/off switch.
