That's very easy to use.. already did that to my house but removed it because the house was so small... and it works for mobs too, so expect creepers walking in.

I love the fact I can make pressure padded traps. AKA 2 block wide hallways that I have to dodge pressure pads on. Anyone trying to come in will get some TNT exploding under their feet.

That's how it goes. It's hilarious putting them around the nearby hills and beaches, and while working at your house you hear an explosion from some distance away. Poor sheep and pigs. Also fun at night, to kill off mobs.

My world 2 (the one where I build the village in), will it have "rubies" (or whatever it is) in the ground or do I have to make a new world to find it?

You can generate more terrain. AKA just go in one direction.
Thermite should be able to be made into blocks like diamond, gold, and iron. And if attached to a switch or something, it should have a bigger explosion than TNT or creepers.
Who else is hoping for thermite bombs?

Anyone else realize that shooting arrows into TNT can cause arrows to fly everywhere when blown up? It's sorta like a shrapnel bomb.
