That seems to be happening to a few people, I got that too. There's a thread on the forums and V-Singular said they're looking into the issue but no real fixes yet.

Bunch of lies. It says it should be on the Playstation Network but I don't see it in the store.
The PSN store update this week ahs been a bit buggy regarding DLC that was supposed to come out. The Uncharted 3 DLC didn't come out too, even though it was supposed to.
Call me late but I also just noticed that the Genki Fun Pack DLC is in the store.
I thought this was an exclusive preorder bonus. Kinda ruins the point.
I'm glad they put it on the store, that pack is rad shit.

I think preorder stuff needs to come on the store eventually, its been a few months and I feel it was a good enough time to release the preorder pack.
Thinking back to my preorder that came with nothing I'm really glad.

Knew the whole Syndicate being taken over by Dex is fake. Although, the lost friend, its possible that it is one of the four dead Saints, highest is either Gat or Lin. Okay, maybe not Lin, since she was in SR1, and that alienates new fans.
With the shit from DLC, I probably should wait till an Ultimate Edition comes out(like NV).

I'm a little disappointed that Trouble With Clones sounds like another silly DLC. I loved how SR2 combined a serious atmosphere with funny side activities. Trouble With Clones with Dex holding Johnny captive would have been a cool story arc.
Well if Dex isn't in the trouble with clones, that leaves the possibility of SR4's story being completely dedicated to taking him down, which is much better imo.

Not yet, they're working on it.
Does anyone have terrible performance even though they surpass / meet the requirements?
I never go past 15 fps (The quality didn't change anything. It's the same for Lowest dx9 and highest dx11) and even the opening company intros are lagging. (The car, AMD, etc.)
I have an FX-6100 and it was reccommended I updated my BIOS. While it seemed to help my other games, SR3 simply bluescreens now.
Any Ideas? (Other than bashing AMD for making the bulldozer series. I know. It's not the processor it could have been.)
