Finally beat the Saints Row 3 campaign. I have to say, I loved it.
It being my first Saints Row game, I found every part of it to be enjoyable. Now on to Saints Row 2.

Apart from some crazy teleporting and lag at times, it works okay.
Now, with these mods I've been seeing, with Matt Miller's Avatar in the streets of the city, and customizable Aircraft and such. If I downloaded that, installed this pack, and then hosted it, would my co-op partner be able to use it as well? Or would it fail?

I would say that it would fail because they're not the same game anymore. You might have a better shot at it when your friend installs the same mods as you.
In other news, I encountered Prof.Genki yesterday and we managed to kill him but my friend picked up the cash he dropped while he was already pretty damn rich and I'm scraping by I was wondering if prof.Genki is a one-time encounter if you managed to kill him ?

Genki can definitely appear more than once. When I first encountered him, I encoutered another one in less than 5 minutes.

A lot of the music in the game is in bite-sized 4 second chunks so that it can dynamically play and switch out depending on your mission progress. The Ho Boat track is one of those and is a royal pain to stitch and piece together.
