Yeah SR2 was kind of an ugly game but the city had personality. You could tell when you were in the projects, suburbs, commercial area, and of course areas like the University were spread largely.
SR3's city is all just kind of... SR3's city. Every area is pretty much the same and it there's no incentive to explore.
Yeah sr2 had tons of area's to explore and building with interiors,I think the only enter able building I found that wasn't marked on the map in sr3 was the Diner you meet Kinzie in.

It's not that, they lie on (admins & livechat personell that is) livechat and nowadays have really slow delivery time. The owner is a giant asshat aswell.

They are not obligated to even send your key after purchasing it due to the various loopholes they can use and the terms of service

They gave me a BF3 key that was already used then asked for my origin info to "confirm" it, even though you can see what other people have in terms of games, and they said some bullshit about that they "need my account to use a program that can track who used the key" or something like that.

This is really the only thing (but certainly a big thing) that SR3 was really missing for me. I was actually cruising around looking for malls and shit like that and to find out that there were none :[
Overall SR3 just feels like a much better game from a polish and "feel" standpoint, but it would have been nice if the map design was more inspired. Not enough large building interiors or unique stores.

I would like if it was a bit more serious like the second one, but gradually made it more and more crazy by a little bit instead of starting off with batshit insane from pretty much the very start. (The first two missions where fair game but i thought it was a bit too early to give the player a fucking predator drone.
Bring back the old style of respect aswell, and give me a reason to drive about instead of using my phone to get into the next mission. Most of the time in SR3 you didnt even have to touch 90% of the activitys.
I preferred the idea of Saints Row 4 for 2014 to give it more features and polish
