There's an extremely small amount of DLC that I think has been done well, and generally it's all mini-expansion stuff (the various [i]Fallout[/i] expansions, [i]Lair of the Shadow Broker[/i] etc.) and full-blown expansions (the GTA IV trilogy or [i]Undead Nightmare[/i]).

Things like the GTA 4 mission packs or the Fallout 3 mission packs are what DLC should be
Cheap ondisk cosmetic packs are the cancer of the entire system.
Quake mission packs were the best.

I refuse to believe that actual work went into these packs, all of this shit was probably designed and made when the game was still being launched, then they put in 1 half of the files for DLC because of space or some bullshit reason and now they have the other half in there.
If they split the DLC packs into
SUPER CRAZY HAPPY COSTUME FUN TIME pack
and
MEGA EXCITING VEHICLE AMAZINGNESS pack
They could have sold these 2 packs for $10 dollars or something and it would have been a LOT better.

That's totally not what that is. That says you're still paying for a game license, only it's now legal to re-sell that license. So that has no effect of on-disk DLC.

I beaten SRTT months ago and started playing SR2, I know there are ways to get a tornado and I can not seem to get it, I managed to get it one time but it blew up. I am pretty sure it was the one where you go to the police department and to the heli-pad and one should randomly show. Any idea's?

Go Terminator on the police station and make sure you have at least a 4-star. I'm fairly certain a Tornado will spawn 100% of the time after a certain wanted level has been reached.

Just checked out the new version. The Alt skies makes the game world so much more colorful. Also, Idolninja, where was the Alt Night Sky from? The purple clouds and everything really look amazing.
