Saints Row: The Third V3 - February Edition - Games

Bought this a long time ago, and recently reinstalled it after having to delete steam. I have a weird bug where if you enter character creation, no body spawns and all the buttons do nothing, freezing me into the character creation menu. Downloading a save works and allows me to play as their character, but if I try to edit the body at the plastic surgery place, the body disappears again and shit don't work. Any fix?
