This game is AWFUL. But it might be what you're looking for.
An small-time MMO Game which involved knights with multiple types of armor/colors and had a dungeon as the main way of getting items/money.
It's PC, and it also worked on channels.

Mass Destruction (1997, NMS Software, PC/PSX)
I was going to guess Agent Armstrong for killswithe
sorry pal completely doesnt fit in my description its not that
The only thing i can remember is that the tank was really fast, and it was really dark/grey'isch
there where only like 10 textures and they all where dark/grey and some white...
Don't remember the console, i was like 4 or 5 years old back then...
An old PC FPS game (I only played the demo), where in one of the levels you start in the middle of the Egypt desert looking at a pyramid(s) and other ruins, which you have to travel to to get to the said pyramid, while shooting terrorists. The game also had a wide(ish) selection of guns. This is sadly all I remember and I have been searching for this game for years!
I'm trying to remember the name of an old rpg maker game. You started in your hometown (very original) then you get sent to a magic academy, you piss off a prissy rich girl, later you find out you have the rare ability to cast not only through metal objects but wood aswell
I remember my friend, who owns a PS1, having this fighting game. It was a 3D fighter in an anime style of sorts. It had characters without a good diversity of attacks, and was pretty fun. The few characters I remember: Some robot guy who could call in a giant laser, some guy who had spectacles and wore a mask, some assassin chick, and a girl with a pig. It was part of a series of sorts.
Bumping it. I do kinda want to try to find the bloody game again, if only because it was such a satisfying fighter.
But maybe the girl with the pig would be the best lead? The pig could become giant and crush the opponent, but most of the time it would run around. I think she also had a staff (the girl).

This is probably completely wrong, but Serious Sam? It could be if the terrorists happened to be headless and constantly screaming. :v:
theres a game im trying to remember. it was ps1 for sure. you played as this young guy. it was a side scrolling game and your only weapon was this blue beam on a glove that worked alot like Gmods "Phyisics Gun". you could pick up objects and throw them at enemys or you could pick up the enemys and bash them against the ground till they exploded. there were a bunch of traps like meat grinders and such in the floor, you had to shove 4-5 enemys in them then they would jam and you could get threw. it was one of my favorite ps1 games. I dont remeber anything else
It's called Wild 9, fun game but it gets old quick IMO.

I think I know what you're talking about.
Delta Force - Land Warrior DEMO
That was my first game on my PC
It's probably that game... but it doesn't actually have a wide selection of guns.
Assault Rifle, MP5SD, Socom45, LAW, laser designator....
From what I can remember you got to choose to go a number of nations and would become the leader for example - Spain would be Christopher Columbus, and so taking control of him you would then have to proceed into hiring a crew for your boat, purchasing food for you crew and also buying cannonballs for any fights. After this you can then proceed out and build a fort I think it was and produce a sugar plant or tobacco which could then be traded for gold. Best I can do as of now.

Holy shit I remember playing that.

Also I'd like to ask you guys something, I remember this game, it was a PC game with multiple people fighting in a MMORPG third person isometric style, but it wasn't multiplayer, it was pretty hard and had various monsters such as giant toads or some shit, I think you could even fight jews.
I remember it being fucking old, but damn it was fun.
I think it was called "Explore" or something, any help on that one ?

Sounds like a fun game actually, I would quite like to see this one found too.

Close - it's Hexplore.
I'm looking for a pretty old (abandonware) sidescroller-ish game that I'd love to remember and I can't manage to find it.
What I remember about it is a bit scrambled but there are some parts I remember very clearly.
The game is mostly played in space.
You control a character who IIRC wears white and travels in his spaceship. The spaceship can be fully explored and you could see some lockers with different things inside. Most of them were empty but in some I managed to find a laser sword, a pistol, cereal, vegetables? and mostly a lot of the spaceship's circuitry.
When you travelled you could choose the planet to go to and how to get to it (hyperspace or normal travel.) If you travelled normally the guns and shields were automatically deployed in order to attack any enemies that could appear on the way there, or asteroid belts.
I remember that when you got to the planet you could go into it with a shuttle, and in the planet you could buy and sell stuff, what I previously said (the stuff in the lockers.)
Many of these stores were protected by robots that would usually attack with a pistol the moment they saw you.
Something else I remember is that there was a green planet (because it had a lot of vegetation) in which some wild creatures lived. Once you arrived to the planet they'd get close to your spaceship, which then started showing intruder alerts.
Then, as time went by, they'd destroy the spaceship's circuitry, slowly disabling its functionality. In order to restore it you had to go through the ship, looking for these creatures and killing them, and then writing down all the electronic things that broke to buy them again in other planets.
It was some sort of sidescroller (when you got to the rightmost part of the screen, everything changed and you were moved to the leftmost part, but you didn't really see it scrolling smoothly) which might have been created between 1985 and 1995. It was made for DOS and didn't use the mouse.
The main control panel, which would be the first in-game screen in the spaceship, is very similar to this screenshot of the game Advanced Galactic Empire, but you didn't see the menu at the bottom, instead you saw your character looking at you in the middle of the screen, and the spaceship was grey:

The game is fairly similar to Another World and Space Quest, but it's none of these.

Also, the insides of the ship looked a bit like this:

But it didn't have two floors, only one which took all the screen.

Can't remember much of it, but it was a fighting game who had a girl on top of a giant bunny, a robot, and a tank, which I mainly used for playing so much Metal Slug.
I guess it was for the Neo-Geo, I remember playing it on a emulator.
Ok I remember this game being described as "The Russian Mass Effect" there was a thread for it here on facepunch as far as I can remember with a link for an English patch for the game however I can't even think of the game. If someone could remember the game I'd really appreciate it :/

Precursors.

I never got around to playing that, even though I played Xenus II and liked it enough to make a thread about it.

I'm trying to remember the name of a PS1 FPS where you shot bugs, and rode trams around, then got off and shot more bugs. It was co-op, and you started out in a snowy base before eventually getting to a giant lava filled cavern thing.

It is...thank you so much!
Here's a medium-hard one for you guys: it's an ancient game for mac os 8 or 9 about vector tanks.
I loved that game as a child, shooting the red tanks, the big evil yellow triangle tank and the light blue ones in a completely flat environment with geometric shapes to use as cover. Eventually I found out how to go into 3rd person and realized that the tank I'd been driving all this time was a green car. I was so sad because I thought I was actually driving something awesome.
would be appreciated.
They made a new version of the game for the ipod and it looks like this but it's not what I'm looking for, I can't find the old one because the ipod one is taking up all the search results.
Here's a few hard ones for you guys, all of them are arcade games:
the first one you controlled some unfortunate sap that got turned into a tiger... person thing. In game you're pretty much a tiger-striped kirby-lookalike with a sword. It was an overhead perspective and you'd go through different areas usually beating the shit out of everything, but sometimes it got a little random and you had to do space-invader like scenarios where you swat cannons (I think) with your sword to shoot octopi coming your way.
The second game was like a bomberman clone, except the bombs shot lightning, and there were dragons and everyone had flails too. It was awesome.
and finally, the one that's been nagging at me FOREVER: The last game was an isometric dungeon-crawly kinda game, you could pick from different characters but the one I played as was a knight with a ball and chain, and he was capable of changing into a giant steel ball that could run things over, it was also awesome.
If you guys can figure these out you'd be my heroes forever.
Gonna try my luck again and see if anyone recognizes any of these games, and I'll try to help out with you guys too
Alright guys this game I'm looking for is an old Lego one. It was a flash game of some sorts. I think there were three kinds of cars then you pick one, upgrade it with stuff like buzz saws and others then you would go pick an opponent(Dunno if it was multiplayer or not, most likely it is.) then you would race it out. There would be obstacles along the way but depending on your car you can get through them with ease, like the buzzsaw cutting through some bushes that were slowing you down.Thats all I could remember.
What was the name of that game where you can design/build your own cars from scratch? I know its in development but I cannot remember what its called?
